this strange store never has any stock, the store always looks like its closing down
the elderly guy who is maybe the owner there always has some stupid excuse why there is no stock as advertised in the catalog
there is never enough staff to help you anyway
Its a pity there isn't any opposition in the area
On a positive note, there is occasionally a helpful sales person or two working but don't see them there often

I have purchased a super charge battery with 40 months warranty on it.
Having issues with that and I went to the shop after mechanic advise as battery is bad need to replace.
My battery was under warranty and Blacktown auto one old guy says nothing wrong I know batter then mechanic.
After wards I been to main warehouse and they did check my battery gave me a report it’s bad will replace without any questions.

Please be aware of that old guy as he doesn’t know his job and miss leading customers.

Seen the ad in local paper re pen-rite semi synthetic oil fro 29.95, i called the store and they confirmed the price to be 29,95 for 5 liters of 10w40 or 5w40 i asked my son to get the oil which he did and didn't receive a receipt. On coming home and replacing the oil in my car i checked my banking and noticed have been charged 65$ for the oils, i called the store but they wouldn't here of it nothing they could do, well they can keep there 5 extra dollars.

I find Wallan store pretty easy to find what I am looking for easy to navigate your way around they also have a good range if they don't have what you need they are quite happy to get it for you I would recommend the store for it's service the staff are very helpful and friendly and you get greeted with a smile when you walk in the parts I have purchased I have fitted myself but if you need advise they offer that support and information and knowledge very adequate and stock a good range of parts plus if they haven't got it staff are more than happy to order it as well as inform you when it arrive in store

Great service from Dave at Castle Hill. He helped take out the light bulb and put in the new one, whilst he was on his break! Excellent customer service

We bought a mirror for our car but couldn't use it because the bolt stripped its thread when being tightened. Returned with receipt but Auto one would not refund- instead gave us a gift certificate. Would be helpful if the nearest store to where we live was closer than 3,000 kms. Should have bought it at Repco!

Guys at auto one black town are very helpful.

I went A one auto. Great shopp and Staff. They were very helpful. I would advise anyone who wants car part to go to A one auto

Went to Broome Auto one to get a roof rack fixed. The roof rack itself was very good. But the service from Auto one was never good except on the phone. Once I reached the shop the person I spoke to was different all of a sudden! May be he had a bad day at work or at home but that is not an excuse! While putting the rail up they even broke my car's roof rail channel! Had to spend more money at my service centre to get that fixed. I won't be visiting their shops again unless I had a broken tyre in front of their shop and the next available service is 100kms away.
Were very friendly on phone
Were not friendly at all in person at the shop. Bad craftsmanship too. I don't think they knew what they were doing.
