Booked a trade through you yesterday morning. Reference number 315234. Trade called this morning to say he would be late, he then called again to say he couldn’t do the job today. Tried calling AutoGuru back as requested by yourselves six times....!!! No answer. Ended up sorting my own trade to replace my car battery. Not impressed.

Their online form could not properly record a street number with an alphabet. This flaw and their failure to pass on the correct address after two phone calls from me to the contractor cost them a star. Anything else was more than ok.

When trying to assess my options for booking in a service for my car, I repeatedly received 'no options available in your area', despite indicating I was flexible with the date. I had to manually scroll through dates (day by day assessment) before I lucked on a date where I could then proceed to booking my service. Once I reached that stage, it worked fine.

The site was easy to navigate through, simple to use and gave me a number of reputable mechanics with varying services to choose from.
Would recommend and will this site again.

The app seems to be good just a bit tricky navigating on a mobile. Also each place offers inclusions ie car wash, rotate tyres. You can’t see this on the app mobile anyway unless you go into each company that is quoting? Then you need to do another comparison based on the extras. A little painful. Be easier if you were comparing apples to apples? Anyway. My thoughts.

Very easy and simple to use and good to know I can have my car serviced by a reputable mechanic and save some dollars! Looking forward to having my car serviced.

The booking process was so easy on the computer, even an old guy like me was able to book it in. Now just waiting on when i drop it in on Wednesday.

This was the simplest service booking I have ever done. Holly on the phone was so friendly, and I've saved over $400 on the quote from Mitsubishi. Will certainly be booking with Auto Guru again and will recommend the service to everyone I know.
