Cancelled date, which was fine - but person on the phone was really unhelpful and not listening to me speaking. Rebooked so we will see how I go with the end to end experience.

The mechanical workshop recommended were a straight forward business to deal with. The job required additional parts fitted that were not in the original quote. But the workshop manager explained through good communication and gave a great final price. I will definitely use auto guru again. Best thing the car is fixed. Only downside the tyres were not rotated as per original quote.

Im on a disability pension & finding a mechanic thats not to expensive can be very hard. But then my search results came up with autoguru which listed me with mechanics & quotes nearest my area.
& with easy way listed on the app autopay makes it easier as l can pay fortnightly instead of all at once. I have told a few people allready about this fantasic app as its to good not to have on the mobile.
Great for low income people as you have the ease to either pay it all at once or pay it off fortnightly.

It was very easy to book with AutoGuru and it didn’t take very long I would definitely use it again. The free Uber voucher to get home from the mechanic was a big help too!

Very accommodating. I needed to organise my payment via after pay however couldn't do on the day. They booked me in and easily arranged for my first after pay payment to be deducted on my requested date. Couldn't be easier and I'm now at ease knowing my vehicle will be running smoothly again in a few days time.
