Poor communication and slow shipping and handling times. My order hasn’t changed status in 3 business days. Tried to make contact but no response in over 24 hours. Will definitely consider shipping elsewhere.

After searching the internet for NGK oxygen sensors & NGK platinum spark plugs for an LS1 motor, Automotive Super Store was the cheapest out of everyone delivered to my doorstep! There spark plugs were $3:99 cheaper per plug than Supercheap Auto!!! What's that tell you? An easy to navigate website to find what you're looking for, so see for yourself & give them a try !

Every time I order parts there is a holdup, and excuses. But then I found out that they only order parts in from there suppliers when you place an order, that's why it takes so long, and sometimes the supplier is out of stock that's when the excuses start.

I was going to upgrade my Camry head unit and Albert from Superstore helped me find the parts I need. He’s very helpful. Although the USB adapter was missing from the Vendor parts arrived but they shipped it asap and gave me a shipping voucher for another part I need. Overall, the service is very good.

Emailed the company and Sam called me back.

I was offered an adequate explanation and provided expedited shipping for free as a result of the excessive wait time

Ordered an Idrive module for my Golf online 5 days ago and to date have received zero communication from this organisation. Have send emails and tried to phone but they just put you on hold and then hang up. Not sure if I will ever hear from them again. Please shop around and save yourself a lot of frustration

Finding w I needed was not to difficult. Product seems good. Didn't need help with installation though I did go to other sites for more detailed tech in formation. Car stereo specs that was not a problem considering overall service. This is my first purchase. Thanks arthur cooper

Bought a super set of Alpine X series as advised by Sam. Guess what? Broke the tweeter dome trying a DIY job. Its been 3 weeks since my order was placed and paid for. The status in my account shows it is in progress. I have sent 2 emails, Monday and Tuesday this week, requesting a status of delivery and to date there has been no reply. I have rang your 1300 number over 6 times and each time I get the busy message and to email my request.
Im getting anxious about my order.
Please inform me when you will be dispatching my ordered parts and the projected delivery date.

They only order parts from the supplier when you place a order, that's why it takes so long. They don't have a warehouse in castle hill because I work across the road from them, the office is tiny.
