Best Trade-In Price & Fantastic Service
I took my 2010 Honda Civic to AutoTribe. The guys were friendly, honest and gave a fantastic trade-in price for my car. I still can’t believe they even offered a higher price than the major dealerships I visited.
I told them that I was looking for a Corolla, and a few weeks later they found one and sold to me at a bargain price!
I am incredibly pleased with their customer service, genuineness and I highly recommend them.

Great Service
Staff at Autotribe put the customer first and take care of you after you purchase you car.
When I had an issue with the car I recently purchased. They brought a replacement car to my place for me to use while they fixed the issue.

Great customer service!!
Bought a Mercedes C200 from them at a below market price, which is really a good deal! To be honest, this is the first time I feel blown away by the service offered from a dealership. Not only did they help me with my research, they even offered cars from another dealership for me to choose from!
These bunch of guys are here to help, and I will highly recommend!

Correction of "Disappointed Car Purchase from Auto Tribe"
I recently wrote a negative review about the car dealer Auto Tribe. Only just, they have come forward
and explained the situation. I am satisfied with their proof and explanations. I wished that they had responded to my inquiry quickly and I would not have post my first review.
This being said, they are actually a good and reliable company with friendly, efficient and trustworthy staffs.

Disappointed Car Purchase from Auto Tribe
Recently bought a car from Auto Tribe (in Newcastle Street, West Perth) and everything went well until the handover day when I wanted to inspect the car again but was told at the meeting table that everything was ok and I don't need to check again. ar how some of the functions works. In this situation, I become distracted and did not check the alloy rims of the car. After the handover and upon checking in my garage, I noticed that all four alloy rims were quite greasy and dirty and upon closer inspection, I found one of the rims has bad scruff marks while other two had slight marks. I immediately informed the dealer that I believe that the four alloy rims have been substituted but he told me that they are the same rims as per the first inspection I had. I am very sure that these are not the same alloy rims as during the first inspection as I had a very detailed look at the tyres and rims and found that the tyres were worn out but the rims were shining and in good condition (without dirt or scruff marks). The dealer did change all four tyres but insisted that the rims are the same and he will check with his detailer and let me know. Sad to say, he never got back to me.
