Hi! I have a scent double breast pump, I can't see where to put the batteries in? Can someone help me?

Hey, Emily.
Thank you for your question. The SCF334/02 doesn't use any batteries. In case, you're using the SCF332/02 then you can find the battery housing in the motor unit. For further information please reach out to our experts at 1300 363 391.
Kind regards,

Hi there, I bought this pump 3 years ago and it was good. As I am expecting again, I want to purchase some spare parts (cushion, valve, tube etc). Where I can find those spare parts? Thank you. And I guess they are out of warranty anyway right?

I believe Philips provides warranty upto 2 years for a newly purchased pump for motor.
Spare parts canbe purchased at bpmchildcare at http://bpmchildcare.com.au and yes they are out of warranty.

HI there,
Thanks a lot. If they're 3 years old than they're indeed out of warranty. Can you tell us what happened though? Feel free to reach out to 1300 363 391 for further assistance.
Kind regards,
The Philips Australia team
Hi thank you for your answers. The machine is still working fine just the tubes are a bit 'aged' and I want to have new valves and cushions. I didn't find spare parts for sale on official website hence asking.. I will check the bpmchildcare later. Thanks again.

Hi, is Avent Comfort Double electric breast pump a closed system breast pump?
1 answer
Philips S.Philips Avent
Hello Sarah,
Thank you for your question. Indeed, the AVENT double, as well as the single, electric breast pumps are closed systems. This means the milk does not and cannot flow through, or come into contact with the motor.
