I contacted B1 Homes as had previously built with 101 Residential with no issues, they both fall under the same umbrella. Damien happened to answer my call and then we got into the process of finding a block and plans started to be drawn up. To save me driving all the way to the office Damien took the time to come to my house to go over the drawings, make suggestions and include my changes.

Wrote an email to management regarding a refund and they will not help you at all. Rude and obnoxious... worst builder ever .They definitely take advantage of first hike builders .DO NOT PAY THEM $3000 until you are happy with the plans .

We were looking to build our second home. After doing some researches on the builders, we took a decision and signed up with B1 Homes.
