We built a 1-storey home on a sloping plot. The B1 team (Frank, Adrian, Pam, Erin) exceeded our expectations. They handled our complicated project extremely well. B1 were great to deal with, from the design changes we wanted to the initial plans through to the erection of a rear wall they made what we wanted happen.
We encountered a few problems on the way but were always kept informed and these were dealt with expeditiously and professionally.
We were consulted throughout the process and recommendations were made and incorporated.
The build time was fine and we got key handover in the predicted timeframe.

I love my house. I hated building. The process was a nightmare from start to finish and as a first home builder not what I wanted.
Firstly there was the battle for our business between b1 and red ink. Constantly calling and email to reduce the price of the house and add inclusions and bring each other down. - (which is confusing cause they are part of the same company)

From the get go, B1 has been great to build with. Before choosing to sign on with B1, we enquired with a few other builders but found their extremely persistent calls (enough for us to end up blocking their numbers) quite off putting. B1 definitely showed interest, but gave us enough room to think about what we actually wanted to do. This less nagging approach made B1 the obvious choice for us.

Found the whole process very easy, from the sales agent Steve who bent over backwards to move the process along promptly and dealt with all the Council planning applications. Not forgetting staff in the offices who kept me well informed all the time and Jessica who answered all of my emails usually within the hour of me writing them.
