Exclusivity relationship with suppliers but no stock on hand!!
Baby Bunting have exclusives with a number of suppliers but never seem to have any stock, and are unable to confirm WHEN they will have stock. Baby bunting needs to actually consider maintaining more stock of their exclusive items. Do your suppliers know you're unable to provide customers with your exclusive items? I reckon TasmanEco needs to reconsider their exclusivity relationship with you guys. Your staff also seem unaware that the website provides information about stock levels in each store. You may need to consider training your staff more effectively regarding this relationship between the online store and your physical stores.
Bad customer service
Everytime I go into Baby Bunting, the staff is unwilling to help and rude.
I also set up a gift registry and seems impossible on my phone to edit the list or delete items off. The list also does not update once a purchase has been made. Not user friendly.

Extremely Poor Customer Treatment and Believe they are excluded from ACC Law.
I set up a layby at the Hoppers Crossing store in May, I collected the items in July for our baby born in August.
On New Year's Eve I was walking my 5-month-old son in the Stroller we had purchased, as a gentleman helped me move the stroller down some stairs, the handle snapped clean off.
I took the stroller back to Baby Bunting Hoppers Crossing as this is where I purchased it from only to be told that they would need to send the stroller back to the manufacturer to decide if it was covered under warranty. When I questioned how long this woul...d take I was told at least 10 business days. At least 10 business days with a 5-month-old and 2 older children during school holidays? Not acceptable. When I explained that this was not ok, I was offered a cheap umbrella stroller to use in the mean time, mind you the stroller I purchased for my son was purchased specifically for the bassinet feature. At this point II was told that I was stopping the staff from doing their job. I explained to the staff that under consumer law if a product is not of acceptable quality the consumer is entitled to a repair or replacement within a reasonable time frame. To which I was told I was wrong.
Great Service from Britax Rep
Bought a child car seat today at the Cannington WA store. I was served by the Britax Representative Shilpa. I needed to contact my daughter who was in Abu Dhabi and Shilpa was fantastic. Very helpful and obliging. This made making my purchase today much easier for me and I now am confident the correct car seat was purchased and at a great price. Thanks Shilpa

Baby Bunting Penrith
Ive been going to Penrith Baby Bunting from the first week I found I was pregnant nearly 3 years ago and I wont go anywhere else. The staff have excellent knowledge of all their stock and always give non biased advice (and the store is huge!). I live 2 hours from the store and Ive always gone home with exactly what I needed. Ive purchased 2 prams (a travel one and a double system), furniture, a capsule, walkers, high chair, pram accessories, a giant mat, toys, a carrier just to name a few and every time they cant be more helpful. I know I dont ...need to go anywhere else because if I find a better price theyll match it. Well done Penrith and thank you for always going above and beyond for our family. Your store and staff are a massive credit to Baby Bunting.
Great customer service at Baldivis
Wonderful customer service from Mackenzie at the Baldivis store on 06/11/19. I bought a monitor then changed my mind as I got to the car and decided to buy the more expensive model. Mackenzie was friendly, patient and understanding even though it was right on closing time and I had 2 small kids in tow with me. Thank you for your awesome customer service Mackenzie!! Best Customer Service ever
I recently visited the Hoppers Crossing BB and i was so very pleasantly taken aback with my whole experience. I was shopping for another little grandbaby and from the time i walked through the front door i was not only greeted by one of the lovely staff but everything I inquired about I was taken straight there and the knowledge the staff had about their products was exceptional. The store was lovely and clean and the stock was stacked so very neatly. My experience shopping there was truly amazing, the staff made me feel very special and I will...definitely go back over and over again. My compliments to the managers of the Hoppers store because you have a wonderful team of workers and I would just like to say thank you for all your help. I walked out of the store with a huge smile on my face and I felt extremely happy.
Good prices extensive range
Well laid out store with a good range of brands. Good for all the basics and some higher end brands. Definitely worth taking advantage of some of the excellent sales they have their weekend sale was a spend and save special,worked out perfectly.
Osborne Park - Terrible customer service
My wife and I were in store just the other day hoping to purchase a good sturdy mid-range stroller ($700 - $1000). We did spend quite a bit of time in store to test out the different prams as we were considering whether to purchase a Baby Select Lux, or to go with something a little cheaper with a bassinet feature. There was an elderly plump sales lady with short hair who insinuated that we might damage the goods and was quite snide with her comments, saying that we were just there to buy things to get a good deal. She was right, we were. In th...e end, we decided to purchase the luxury stroller, but due to the poor customer service, we decided to drive to a different store to purchase the item there instead (osborne park probably didn't deserve to benefit from the sales that I made) Great Purchase tho!
top notch customer service
They allowed me to refund my damaged product even after more than a year of me owning it, no questions asked. This level of customer service is Simply remarkable. AND I wasn’t even trying to get a refund !
Sale items never in stock
Always find sale items are never in stock twice ive been once for dr browns bottles and second for a safety first nasal both times out of stock and told waiting for a delivery this goes on until it's off special. These stores are poorly managed
Incorrect Safety Advise on Carseat Installation – Baby Bunting Chadstone
I purchased a Britax Safe-n-Sound Graphene Carseat from Baby Bunting Hawthorn store last week. During installation, I found that the pullout-stabilising bar at the front of the carseat does not stay in place when fully extended and can easily be retracted. I brought it back to Baby Bunting Chadstone store where stock was available for exchange. Upon arrival, the staff at the cashier without greeting bluntly asked “what’s wrong with the carseat?” After I explained the issue, she played around with the stabilising-bar and came to a conclusion tha...t it’s the way it was designed and all display in the store are like this (without even checking the actual display). I then told her that this is the 2nd Graphene that I’ve purchased; I have the exact same model which doesn’t have this issue. She then walked over to the carseat display area presumably checked with someone who knows the model well, then came back advising that after the stabilising bar being fully extended it needs to be tilted in angle to lock it in place. I’m happy to learn that the carseat itself has no issue, but it’s extremely concerning that her initial response was to provide customer with incorrect information on how a carseat should be installed which puts a child in the carseat at risk (not to mention her attitude made me feel that returning a product isn't welcomed). Had it not been the 2nd one that I've purchased, she wouldn't have double checked, I would have listened to her and installed the carseat incorrectly which poses a great danger to my child. I hope Baby Bunting can look into this and ensure staff who does not have knowledge on product should not give installation advise especially when it comes to safely product like carseat.
Great customer service both online & instore but slightly more expensive with some goods compared to other shops
I was very happy with both the website and being able to buy things in store. As I was stocking a nursery, I was able to order and layby items over the duration of the pregnancy which saved me space. My only complaint was the fact that you need to go to a different area to collect bulky goods after finalising a layby (leave the building and go to the back with your car). The boxes were also awkward and the customer service area did not offer assistance to load the boxes in the car.
Bad (No) customer service
Was in Ringwood store for a baby car seat, waited for half an hour without any help. Pressed the help button, the sales walked pass and helped the other lady who came in not long ago. (Fair enough she didn't know who came first)
However, she didn't come back to us even though she knew we were waiting.
We then off to the Baby train, the sales there was friendly and professional, answered all our questions and we bought the car seat within 10mins (cheaper as well)
0 star for baby bunting and 5 star for baby train
This is not the first time but definitely will be the last time we got disappointed. Bye Bunting Ringwood.
Worst customer service at Narre Warren Store
Horrible service! Made to feel as though we were invisible with staff walking right past us when we clearly needed help and had to walk around the whole store to then go to the front to ask for help TWICE because the first time the information given was useless. Definitely wouldn’t go back and would not recommend to other new parents. Thanks for ruining our day.
Bad customer servce
I was in the store in Hoppers Crossing and I found the staff to be unfriendly not rude but not real helpful. I tried to change a suit which was a 4baby bunting brand and I just wanted to change size not refund. I received as a present with all tags but I got told I need to make two phone calls to find who and when it got. While a did that she served someone else then walked off. I had to stand in line to get my own suit back from a different lady. Need training in customer service
Disgusting service moore park
December I purchased a silver cross wayfere (no accessories were given even tho they should of been) that I was told could be a dbl pram and a comfi coprice booster.
After this sale I was waiting outside the store with my stroller new pram and car seat for a Taxi, I was approached by staff member and acused of stealing and they demanded my recipt of purchase, my taxi was pulling up and they had stood in front of me preventing me from loading my bub, car seat and pram into the taxi after I showed my recipt and the lady checked item for item I w...as free to go! I was advised this seat would be suitable for my son, i just purchased a car and had no idea what I was looking for, my son was 9months. I had the seat fitted in bondi by a professional he advised this seat was no good for my son. I called the moore park store and was told sorry theres nothing we can do, I advised them about the straps on my pram and how they were coming loose and they confirmed it was floor stock and that it would of been put together properly if its floor stock and should be no issue!. I called silver cross about the double attachments and was advises this is not a dbl pram I was then asked what came with the pram I advises nothing and was told I should of been given a cup holder,raincover and bootie silver cross had all of this posted to me asap due to the store not providing this. I spoke to an area manager about the issue with the wayferer and this miss information I was told about beeing a double pram the only remedy offered was to return it, which would mean buying a double I would of been out of pocket by alot more even tho upon this sale I was under the information it converted to a double.

Not going to be back!
I would of thought of all places a store that is all about babies and what is best for them, that I as a tired mum who is going in with concerns for my babies safety with a faulty car seat that should of never been sold to me in the first place as it is not what I asked for at all.
I purchased this seat 2 months ago and went in today with the car seat Britax Brava which I got professionally installed at Baby Bunting and after 2 months of minimal use this seat is already breaking and I explained that I asked them for a seat when purchasing that...
