We visited the pbc expo today in Melbourne. My husband has been following Recaro baby Australia on Facebook and has been waiting for the Recaro seats to be released in Australia for a while now. We visited the stand and got great service with genuine advice from the team at Baby Mode. Maree was so helpful. We ordered the Recaro travel system which is due into Australia on the 1st June. We end up drive to the sunshine store after we left the expo and spent time choosing our baby furniture and placed it on layby with them too. Can't believe how easy it was. Thanks Baby Mode.

Went in to get a quote on a pram, capsule, car seat, rocking chair, monitor, etc.
Asked for a package deal.
Girl spent over an hour writing quote up and by the time I finally received it I noticed that not even 1 item out of the 8 items we wanted was reduced all were as marked on shelves. If I wanted shelf prices I could have done it myself.

One of the items we mentioned was $70 cheaper else were and all they did was match it and wanted full payment as it was a special price.

Do yourself all a favour and shop around baby mode have good knowledge of products but all items are sold at premium prices. We saved over $600 by shopping elsewhere.

Went shopping there today and i felt like home the girls are amazing so friendly and all of them had great customer service. Baby mode is one of the most friendly places that I have ever been to, staff are amazing, store is amazing! So clean and bright!

The girls at baby mode Epping are amazing, I've been in there about ten times in the last month not being able to make up my mind about a pram & was served by the same people several times and they were always really nice & courteous. One of them i think her name was Daniella even put them in my boot so i could see what it looked like, she explained pros and cons and i finally made up my mind. Thanks guys.

I highly recommend you visit Baby Mode if you are in the market for baby nursery goods. The lady that served us at the Epping store listened to our requirements and could not help us enough in finding the correct fit for our bub to be. The Customer service we receive from the moment we walked in till the minute we left the store was incredible. We felt like family.... Thanks for your help the other day guys.

At a recent baby expo, baby mode's stand neighboured a stand where whooping cough vaccinations were being administered. A representative of Baby Mode took photographs and trashed this (state government) program on an anti vaccination site. Do not shop at Baby Mode. They are anti vaxers And choose to share their dangerous beliefs in the most inappropriate of forums.

I am thankful to the staff at Baby Mode Epping. It has been overwhelming to try and select the right pram etc, they have made it so much easier and simplified it all for me.

Purchased another pram few weeks ago and like the first prompt delivery, second purchase was efficient as well. Service was very friendly. Keep it up guys!

I ordered some Baby Gros form Baby Mode and they got in touch to explain they had run out of the ones I had ordered. They took the time to send me three other options and to sort out the postage so it was more affordable. Very impressive customer service for which I am very grateful.

I have just recently purchased many items from Baby Mode, Epping. I walked in having very little idea of what I wanted! I was a little overwhelmed with the amount of products they had in store! However, after much time discussing options with the staff member, who by the way, made me feel like I had all the time in the world, I walked away feeling extremely confident with my purchases! ( carseat, cot, pram, highchair...oh and the cutest quilt set for my little man!) The staff are extremely friendly and patient!! lol They had so much knowledge to share! I'd definitely recommend Baby Mode !

I brought a car seat on the website and picked up in the Epping store and am so happy with the service of babymode! They rung me to tell me when it was in store without me asking and when I went in store to pick up they even offered to bring the car seat to my car I most defiantly with be buying from them again. So happy ! They have a big range with not to bad prices and the Epping store was clean tidy and huge.

Recently visited Baby Mode to begin shopping for our bubs on the way. The staff were helpful and gave lots of happy and helpful advice.
I walked away feeling like I had a greater understanding about their prams and products.
I will definately be returning to purchase items and look at more items from this store.
