I have been going thru baby moo maa for 7 years now for EVERYTHING baby related! I have had pram liners, bassinet sheets, cot sets, capsule covers, you name it all made by baby moo maa! I LOVE how she works with me in coming up with what exactly I am after! Her products also stand up to the constant washing and even tumble drying that I have put my items thru. Can’t wait for a new bub to start them on the baby moo maa journey myself and my son have experienced all these years

I received my new reversible pram liner and straps this week and I was so impressed with the quality of the product. The colours were even better in real life. The only trouble I’ll have is deciding which side to use. Love it!

After starting off with a hiccup or 2 with my order taking a while and then not being what I expected, I contacted baby moo maa and boy did she look after me! Not only did she replace my order with something else, she also sent me a replacement of what I wasn't happy with and all within 2 weeks. I'm beyond happy and will definitely be a returning customer. Beautiful products! I've purchased liners, hood covers and a cot sheet and blanket set. Each item is beautifully made and delivered in reasonable time.
My items are always packed well for postage and always fit my pram/cot perfectly.

Pram liner arrived yesterday and it is PERFECT! It fits like a glove, doesnt sag and is so well made you would think it was mass produced not handmade!

I have got heaps off baby moo maa products off (Em) and its great its perfect, honestly she trys to put everyone at the top of the list but you all have to remember shes a mum with a couple of kids ? We all know what its like with kids and she is great with her work she loves what she does and it really shows in her work !!! I absolutely loveeeee her products quick postage and she does not deserve what you all are putting up on here ! I rate her 5☆

Received a baby moo maa gift for my baby shower and it's amazing, great product well made and I always get asked where I got it from!

I have been trying to place a large order with Em from Baby Moo Maa for wait for it 4 yes FOUR months. I have never had response! She has recently changed her settings on Facebook so you cannot post directly on her page. I believe this has been done so people don't find out how long it actually takes to get items and the fact she doesn't reply to messages. Her products are beautiful yes. But there are plenty of other pages that do just as nice stuff and actually reply to you. Go elsewhere that's my advice!

Completely disgusted in the customer service she is providing. I had to contact her via text message as she never replies to facebook messages. She makes a beautiful product but after placing an order, waiting longer than estimated wait time, not receiving the full item and then being told the extra item was posted, having no tracking, no replies to messages in regards to tracking. Not receiving item. Nightmare!!! I will not be going back to her in the future and I will not be recommending her to any of my friends or family!

I ordered $250 worth of goods and was quoted 2-4 weeks turn around. Payment was made and accepted immediately but after 10 weeks I still had not received my order and there was no attempt on their part to contact me or apologise for a delay. When I contacted them for updates and explanations re my order the responses were slow and when they arrived were evasive, vague and unapologetic. I was promised twice that my order would be sent the following week and never was. They only positive was when I asked for a refund I was answered immediately and received my money within 20 minutes. Waste of time!
