I've shopped online twice now with Baby Train for really big purchases and have been so impressed with their service. They phoned me to follow up online orders each time and to confirm all the details etc. My items were dispatched the next day and arrived really fast with great tracking. They really seem to care about their customers and provide great service. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Their prices have always been the best I can find . Great shop!

We purchased the ABC zoom pram about 6 months ago and unfortunately had an issue with the frame. A quick call to check and we came in the same day. The staff were very helpful and dealt with the issue right then and there. I was expecting a huge waiting time but they saw to it in no time at all. Couldn't ask for better service!

I heard about baby train through a friend and I so glad I did! From the moment I walked in I felt looked after. I was looked after [name removed] at baby Train Moorabin. [name removed] took great attention to detail and offered a number of Cots to suit us. As I am having multiples I asked if she could do a better price. .without a hassle she checked with Management and gave me her best price. I was impressed with how easy she made it all. I purchased all that I needed on the day. I am greatful I found this store, you will not get the same service at other I will guarantee you.

We came across this store looking to try the icandy pram range - and so happy that we did! Not only did they stock the perfect pram for us but they were able to provide us with everything else we needed to. The customer service is impeccable and they are very competitive on price. Absolutely love my pram fit for both my boys (3years and 4months old) I bought this item about 3 months ago and don't regret a thing. It's light weight, easy to push, holds both boys that can face either way with one laying down one sitting up etc or both laying down :) I've had numerous amounts of comments and compliments on the style and the fact that it fits all my shopping in the bottom compartment.
The staff at Baby Train Moorabbin were so helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend to visit them if you're in need of any baby goods especially this pram!

My husband and I recently visited Baby Train Moorabbin and after not getting much help in other stores we had been in before we were most impressed by the helpful staff. The customer service went above and beyond our expectations and no request went unanswered. The staff took so much time to help us out, demonstrating and explaining all features and benefits of different products.
We will be highly recommending Baby Train to all of our friends and family!!

After our bad experience at baby bunting we though we would try baby train for our funiture goods.
The lady was very helpful and had great product knowledge on everything.
If you join their club for $50 you receive discount and a free nappy bin.
As we wanted to purchase quite a few things they gave a better price than members deals.
The only one downside is the range isn't as big as baby bunting but they can order other things in that they don't have there.

This is my first baby and I desperately needed help in choosing my pram, car seat, cot and pretty much everything! I had been to 2 baby shops that were so unhelpful and then I went to Baby Train who were unbelievably helpful. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and understanding and soooo helpful! The owner installed my car seat on the spot, assembled my pram and then took away the boxes too! And I got a bulk buy discount. I'll be recommending Baby Train to everyone.

I was a bit confused because i googled nowra baby shops and they popped up so I rang them to ask if they are located in Nowra as I am from Moruya and the person I spoke to (I remember her name but I won't say who.) was SO rude to me. It may of been a silly question but there is no harm in asking and no need to be so rude. Made me feel like an idiot.

Wow!!!! By far the best customer service I've ever received in my life!!!!! The staff are unbelievably helpful and go above and beyond to exceed the customers expectations!!!! I would highly recommend them to new mums and all families!!!

We drove from the yarra valley to get here as we were wanting to try out a new baby store having had such bad experiences with the larger chains. The customer service was excellent and they bent over backwards for our purchases including time to explain things and discounting item to cut the delivery costs for us. Very very happy!!
