Best tool ever :-)
We used this type of nasal aspirator when our daughter was a baby. This was fantastic and essential in the cold season to heal her blocked nose and her nasal congestion (we used it with some seawater spray before) This is safe and not as terrible as it looks like :-) I would recommend to everyone. We loved it.

This is perfect for children!
Great help in the cold season. My kids can sleep again. Worth using with seawater nasal spray. Together, it results in two, faster healing, less deposits in the sinuses. fantastic! Thank you.

Great product! Kids thought it was hilarious. Easy to use and a bit of fun!
I use the Baby-vac on my children from 4 months to 3yrs and still going. My 3yr old now can do it herself and gives her a little independence aswell. She loves it and says "all clean now mum"

Clean nonses in an instant!
How we could've ever lived without this thing? Our baby's nose was a mess whenever he had a cold, now he can breathe clearly and sleep well even when sick.

The best way to clean nasal congestion.
I first used Baby Vac 10 years ago with my first baby. Bit scared at first, but it worked wonders.
When I moved to Australia and had the second baby I couldn't find them anywhere and with first congestion I was trying anything that was available but nothing worked. I ordered baby vac as soon as I could from Europe. Now I found baby vac stocked in Australia as well.
Purchased in July 2021 for A$40.00.

Utterly impractical
Totally impractical to attach this to your vac cleaner every time you want to clean a runny nose. My vac cleaner doesn't even match it so making it utterly useless. Glad I kept the receipt because this is going straight back to the pharmacy I bought it in!!

How do parents do without this???
I've been using this since my baby girl who is now 11 months since she was a small baby. It's safe, it's completely and utterly effective. I can't imagine how stressful it would beach for a baby to have a stuffy or runny nose and not know how to blow it out like we do... I'd definitely be one grumpy baby! Honestly this has helped so much. My baby is sick at the moment with a runny nose... The amount of mucus coming out using this is INCREDIBLE. Can't believe how much her little body is producing, poor thing. This does not hurt the baby one bit,...Read more
it's just intimidating for then because of the sound of the vacuum (she didn't mind one bit when she was much smaller but she started to become more aware she would cry but would stop as soon as I switch it off). End of they day, I'm doing a good thing clearing my baby's nose/sinuses. I can't recommend this enough. A total must have!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Fantastic idea
I love the baby vac i brought one also for brother who was hesitant about it but really helped after his son had a cold. I love the fact that i can see my baby's nose being cleared. The only downfall is cleaning even when i rinse it straight away all mucus does not clean out of it i wish it came with a little brush to clean the mucus out.

Fake reviews
Fake reviews, broken and want me to pay for the return postage..... Good that I checked it before putting it in my baby, it would kill him!
Be careful putting a vacuum in your baby's nose, I won't!

Excellent product
It does what you can't achieve with a tissue; cleans the little one's nose. If they don't seem to like it, try to make it funny for them, and it's worth noting that if their mouth is closed, it can be a weird feeling, probably not nice. Cleaning indeed can be a bit of an issue, it's not that it's hard, but fairly disgusting :)
What it does. Great invention. Simple and effective.
mucus can sometimes travel all the way into the last part with the tube, so cleaning it becomes even more yuck :)

It works!
I was very hesitant to use the baby vac, as it was a gift and I thought hooking my baby's head up to a vacuum cleaner sounded horrific. However, the nasal drops weren't working and my baby couldn't sleep with his blocked nose. The baby vac worked better than I thought and my baby didn't mind it at all. After trying it on ourselves, we used it on him and quickly and with very little stress it cleared my baby's nose. He even smiled!
quick and stress free for my baby. Cleared his nose
Turning the vacuum cleaner on in the middle of the night wakes everyone up

Does work, but stresses out my baby!
After a week of a very runny nose (but luckily no further illness!) I decided to order the baby vac, as saline spray and associated aspirator were not getting the job done. This product definitely works, and is a lot more gentle than it sounds. However, my son (10 months) does not like it at all, and cries and fusses as soon as he sees me get it out. He is generally a pretty relaxed baby. But, like a previous reviewer said, it is over quickly. I would definitely recommend the product, and have to other mum's, but just beware that your baby may ...Read more
not be as calm as the bubs on youtube! Extracts a lot of mucous quickly, far more effective than other hand held aspirators My baby does not like it, which can be stressful for both of us. But I think it is worth it, as it works quickly as is very effectiveSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Love this baby mucus aspirator
We love the Baby-Vac nasal aspirator. In our opinion it's the only product that completely removes baby's mucus when bub has a runny nose. Those bulb aspirators and saline drops just don't work for our babies.
You do need to use a vaccum cleaner for it to work. It sounds drastic that you need a vacuum cleaner, but it removes the mucus quite gently (I tried it myself).
It completely removes baby's mucus
You do need to use a vacuum cleaner for it to work, we tried it with a hand held dust buster but that didn't work.

Every mother should have one! The best baby product ever!!!
I absolutely love this product!! I could not live without it. A friend of mine who had worked in PICU (Paediatric Intensive Care Unit) at the Women's & Children's Hospital told me about this product as they would use something similar on the sick babies. On a camping trip, my baby boy became really snotty and she said I should get one. After searching online for one when we got home from the trip I discovered I could only get them either online or at Chemists in Gawler (outside of Adelaide), so I went for the 40 minute drive out there to get on...Read more
e because I just couldn't get those little bulb nasal aspirators which come with the baby Fess Saline spray to work. Although some might think it is expensive at around $35, it was worth every cent. It is so simple to use and I got it home and was able to use it straight away and within seconds I had cleared the mucus out of his nose and he could breathe better again so he could drink and eat properly again. It comes with two tube tips, one chamber which twists open to clean it out and one long tube which connects to the vacuum cleaner with a tapered plug so I assume it fits into different sized vacuum cleaner nosels. I know, I hear you all saying - but wont that suck baby's brains out??!!! The answer is NO, it does not!! The hole is so small it regulates the suction and it is very safe. I have a top of the range Dyson and it causes no problems whatsoever. The only problem may be if your baby is frightened of the vacuum cleaner. Even after using the Baby-Vac on my baby, he is not frightened of it and I can still vacuum around him without any trouble. As babies and children cannot blow their own nose for quite some time, this "snot sucker", as I like to call it, is absolutely invaluable. It really takes the stress out of trying to clear out baby's nose as it is over and done with so quickly. I think that this product, along with the Flo Baby saline spray should come in the bounty bags you get when you leave hospital with your baby!!! I cannot recommend this product highly enough. Even all the pharmacies I rang in Adelaide to see if they had one before finding the website which indicated the stockists had never heard of it. So get the word out, it works like a dream and makes life so much easier. You can check it out on the website Simple to use, attaches easily to your vacuum cleaner. It works wonders, you do not have to stick the tube up baby's nose to remove the mucus, you just swipe the tube under the nose and it sucks out the mucus into the chamber and in less than 10 seconds baby can breathe easily again!! Far less stressful for yourself and baby as it is over so quickly and it doesn't go up their nose causing potential damage. A little bit difficult to clean, but you can soak it in Milton tablets to disinfect it. Only available in selected pharmacies (I had to travel over 50km away to get one as I needed it straight away) but you can order it online.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
