Baby Village

I put an online order on the 28/11/19 for 2 swaddles, breast pump and a Baby Bjorn cradle. I was told the Cradle is on back order till the 16th of December. I've received my swaddles and breast pump today (27/12/19) (a month later)

My cradle still hasn't arrived, I was refused a refund as I wanted to buy another cradle as my baby has nowhere to sleep.

Baby Village is ruthless, they don't care about the customer, they just want your money. I called a handful of times to be told, "we'll call you back" but they never did.

I have amended my review from 1 star to 3 stars thanks to the follow up team.

I ordered a travel stroller from Baby Village after reading other positive reviews online. It was delivered in perfect condition in only 2 days. Postage was a very reasonable price too. Very happy.

I had a baby seat installed at baby village Bondi and it was the best knowledge I have recicieved . I didn’t even know how to face my seat, so I’m very happy and highly recommend it.

I ordered a babyzen rolling bag from Baby Village at 12.02pm on Thursday and I got at 3pm Friday and I’m in Melbourne. I couldn’t be happier! Great service and postage price was reasonable.

Went down today to have seek assistance on a stroller i purchased a week ago. The lady staff was tested my stroller very roughly; dragged the pram and dropped it onto the floor. I try to explain to her what issue im having and she interrupted and did her talking. When i try to explain to her again my problem, because she doesn't seems to understand the issue im having and she tell me off that she is still talking. When she was the one who interrupted.

Ordered Wheels for my Pram and needed it by the end of the week. Standard delivery was 5 days and I received it in 2 days. So happy with the product and more so with delivery time. Thanks!!

Paid a truly outrageous amount for this pram and freight, but the store won't ship the in-stock product because they are afraid of online fraud. Why have a web store then? They are worried about fraud? What about ***MY*** money that they have?

Ordered an item that was not in stock at their warehouse. I received one call stating that my order would take 10 days which I was fine with. It has now been almost 30 days and I have not received my order. Baby village has at no point initiated contact with me about the whereabouts of my order - I have been making the calls following them up.

Exceptional!!! I am stunned how quick the delivery of two blankies was! I ordered the night before and the package arrived the next day. So easy and so quick!

The whole ordering process was so easy and I was kept up to date with the status of my order daily Via email. Having had numerous issues with another online order (i never received my order) I was hesitant to buy online again, but I was pleasantly surprised. I purchased a pram with some accessories online to be sent interstate, because the accessories were not in stock, they called me straight away and gave me the option of sending out pram first and rest in couple of days, they also called to double check the address and let me know my purchase is on the way, great communication throughout the whole transaction, very pleasant to deal with, will defo go back again!!

Love baby village, I have bought many things over the 3 years of having kids and everything has been sent on time, once i went in to buy a new cot and the guy working there dropped it off on his way home. I was living in bondi junction at the time buy still, thats service!!
