Very Happy
I have had my set of Baccarat Granite cookware for 15 months. Use them everyday as I love cooking. They are perfect on my SMEG induction cooktop. I also use the casseroles and saucepans in the oven. Using the small casserole to bake my bread in. After this time they still look like brand new. So happy with them. The lids to get hot and the handles on the casseroles but they supply small mitts with them which I use. Product is not too heavy.

Description of product misleading
Non stick surface with 25 year warranty is misleading. The non stick breaks down even with best care and following instructions. Attempting to contact product care to receive a new pan under warranty.

Not very versatile.
My pan lasted around 18months. The non-stick surface is ruined and the pan isn't worth using. I used soft coated utensils and wash with a soft cloth. I tried to claim the warranty but found the staff member I spoke to over email was rude. He said it was the worst treatment of a pan he had ever seen! I'm a pretty basic cook; if you are a home cook like me and like to use different oils and cook over high heat occasionally to sear meats and cook stir fries, this pan is not for you. The care instructions are quite restrictive. I would suggest revi...Read more
ewing them to see if this pan would be useful to you before buying. As the customer service representative pointed out to me when I enquired about the warranty; you can't use high heat and most oils so I should have done my research and realised it wasn't going to be a useful addition to my kitchen before buying. The warranty states they will not replace any products showing 'wear and tear' so they can reject your lifetime warranty as as soon as you start using it.Similar opinion? Problems from the start
Bought a full set. The large pot was warped and replaced immediately. Things started to stick within months and the surface has slowly come off and sticking more. All will need replacing after 12 months. I will never buy from this manufacturer again.

Uneven cooking surface
Bought a Granite frying pan and it's difficult to fry eggs in it. The centre of the frying pan is slightly higher than the edges, so when you crack eggs into the centre, the egg runs to the edge of the pan instead of staying where it is, so you end up with an elongated-looking fried egg when you really want a circular-shaped one. I wouldn't buy another frying pan unless I test one by pouring water into it in the shop then watching where the water runs to in the bottom of the pan.

Awful
Awful pits and pans. About a year ago we bought a whole set! So not cheap...
we followed all instructions and like all the other reviews everything started sticking. Very annoying, however, stuck with them for the time being. Within two days of each other both HANDLES off the fry pans SNAPPED OFF!! So now we have no fry pans with handles. Argh! Will never buy Baccaratt again. Not to mention the knife set from Baccaratt I have had all rusted. Terrible for what is meant to be ‘high end’ quality kitchen goods.

Good but no longevity
I have owned Baccarat Granite 2x 28cm frypan, 1x 32cm and 1x 20cm? frypan. When new they are amazing! Nothing sticks to them and they are a breeze to wash. However with constant (ie daily) use they start to deteriorate. The nonstick surface starts to flake off (preconditioned with oil, always cook with canola oil, 2 out of 3 heat, no metal utensils and hand washing) after about a year or so and junk starts to slowly stick making the surface not as non stick any more. I am now looking at replacing these pans and am uncertain if I will buy them again. Of course given that I bought them 2-5 yrs ago I dont have the receipt and by the sounds of other customers here they probably wouldnt honour the Warranty anyway.

Baccarat Granite - waste of money
I was tired of my Teflon pan sticking, so thought I would lash out on this very expensive pan hoping to solve the problem for good. We treated the pan exactly as the instructions stated. Within about two months everything stuck to it. Very disappointed and I would never touch a Baccarat product again, non advise others to.

Very Disappointing Premium Product
I purchased this set of 2 pots with lids and 2 pans, based on reputation and sturdiness of the product, toughest surface for cookware. Less than a year & both pans were scratched, blistered and external paint pealing.

Frypan
Same thing happened to me with a frypan we had. It flaked and was our fault. Baccarat even were nice enough to ensure I was told it was my fault too not just the store. I purchased another one and have been careful to not touch ANYTHING metal near it Warranty means nothing with this product.

My favourite pans so far.
I have bought baccarat granite roasting pan, loaf pan and muffin pans and they are all amazing. I've had them for well over a year and still look like new. Nothing sticks while cooking and so easy to clean.

Not good on induction cooktop
I bought the small frypan which is supposed to be suitable for all cooktops including induction. It doesn’t work properly, starts out ok but loses contact when moved and I get an ‘error’ on the display. Even worse, the pattern on the bottom of the pan has imprinted onto my induction hob. This pan has been used once and is going back to the shop tomorrow.

Badly disappointed by misleading information
Baccarat Granite 26 cm non-stick frypan promised a 25 year replacement warranty if we followed Care and Use instructions, which we did. Unfortunately, the surface broke in flakes after 18 months of use. I brought it to be inspected at the place of purchase, Greensborough House. A shopping assistant and then the manager explained to me that I haven't been using the pan properly and, as a result of that, burned the surface. They particularly stressed that I shouldn't have used olive oil to cook because the burning point of olive oil is much lower...Read more
than other vegetable oils. Only after coming home and re-reading the Care and Use instructions I've confirmed that NOWHERE do they warn you about this particular limitation. I will stay clear of Baccarat Granite range since I've been misled and I am appalled by lack of quality and reliability.Purchased in November 2021 for A$54.00.

Great for non stick! But be very careful handles heat up very hot!
There good on non stick but my major issue was the temperature the handles heat up to you can’t touch them with your bare hands must use a tea towel or something.
At the time when I purchased them from house she told me when I asked her about if the handles heat up ? Her answer was no! I have them at home. That’s completely not true,
Another thing is they are a bit heavy too.

It’s the best non stick pan
I got the 30cm fry pan and it’s a dream to cook with. No oil needed. Love the silicon handle which does not get hot or slippery. Real easy to clean with a soft cloth because nothing sticks to the pan. Good sturdy weight

Where has this been all my life?!
We purchased the 32cm roast & grill, 32cm saute pan (with lid) and the 20cm fry pan; we could not be any more happy with this amazing range!! All items are a dream to cook with and clean. No food sticks (we use olive oil or go without) and it seems to retain more flavour than other types of cookware. These also come with a lifetime guarantee! I've given more detail below.

These pans are amazing! Highly recommended.
These pans are great, they really are non stick, food doesn't get stuck! The pans aren't too heavy and food cooks evenly. They are breeze to clean. Can't recommend highly enough.

Best ever!
I bought my Baccarat granite frying pan on sale and have used it at least once every day ever since--I love it!
You just break your eggs into the cold pan, drop bacon beside them, cook on the stove top while you are making your coffee--and eggs and bacon cook perfectly and slide out leaving virtually spotless pan behind them. A gentle wipe with warm water cleans it completely.
I also cook successful stir fries in it with minimal oil--and have used it for a quick toasted sandwich too! No sticking--ever!

Terrible Fry Pan
Purchased Fry Pan for Christmas present. Very unimpressed with Pan. Followed retailers instructions not to use Olive Oil or the Spray Oils, only used a little bit of vegetable oil. All foods began sticking within the first 2 months. Cleaned pan by wiping out with paper towel whilst it was still warm, followed instructions on seasoning Pan for the first time. Certainly not scratch resistant. Wonder if will be replaced as it states LIFETIME WARRANTY!!!!!!!

I posted this on Baccarat Granite by mistake. It's actually a Baccarat Flame frypan, but I can't seem to move the post to the general Baccarat review section.
