Great Fry pans for everyday use
We bought two Baccarat Italica frypans three years ago (one 20cm and one 30cm ) and although there is some staining underneath and on the sides they have been in constant use and have cooked very well.
They are extremely sturdy and handles don't get too hot to handle.
The 30cm frypan is now starting to lose its non stick ability but after this amount of use it is to be expected.
Will buy another shortly.

Fantastic frypans
Bought one of each size 3 years ago when they first came out through Robins kitchen. Sizes I got were 20cm, 26cm,30cm and 32cm.
I use all pans except the 20 minimum 4 times per week. They still work perfectly. They don’t stick, so damn easy to clean handles are sturdy and haven’t come loose. They take a little while to heat but once the temp is up there good to go! 100% my favourite pan and will never look elsewhere for one.
Purchased in December 2021 at Robins Kitchen for $290.00.

Uncleanable frypan
We bought 2 Italico Baccarat frypans 6 months ago. They were supposed to be non-stick. Within 2 uses they were totally stained on the inside and outside. The exterior surface comes off with very light cleaning (no abrasive used). The cooking surface is now coming off as well and they look disgusting. They do cook well.
