Works exactly as it says it will

We bought one of the range of Baccarat Stone pans (the 24cm Frypan) and after using it twice went out and bought the griddle, the wok and the medium sized pan because it was SO good. No oil no fat and completely non stick it requires a quick wipe over after use and back in the cupboard for next time.

We were so impressed, we have since also bought the baking trays as well.

Purchased in February 2021 at Robins Kitchen for $29.99.

Awesome!

These pans are really good. I’ve learnt with non stick to go no higher than medium high heat and so far no blemishes on these pans, even on the bottom. Also I read detergent can dissolve non stick so I’ve wiping them with a paper towel for the excess oil then cleaning with a sponge and warm water only and they are perfectly clean as a result and appear like the day I bought them. Excellent non stick ability. I’ve used baccarat rock but so far I’m prefering this stone set.

Do the Baccarat Stone pans work well on an induction cook top?

I have a conventional electric cook top and they are fantastic. I believe I read that they were suitable for ALL types of cook top. Try a google search if you are unsure.

What are the components of the "stone-like" non-stick surface?

DavidH9000

The surface is a hard wearing non-stick interior that is environmentally friendly, PFOA pollution free, hard wearing and has an easy to clean interior surface and the exterior is cast aluminium. They dont appear to give a specific name to the surface on the interior so either it is a patented surface or is stone based.

I purchased 7 items from the Baccarat stone & will be replacing all my cookware with them.
Since I have 4 different size frypans I would like to know if it will be ok.to stack them one inside the other to store.

Thanks
Cristina

It is probably fine to stack them, BUT we always put a cloth or sheet of paper towel between just in case. It takes no time and ensures the bottom of one pan doesnt dirty the surface of another if it isnt 100% spotless
