Not dishwasher safe

published

We have some of Baccarat Iconic cookware and Baccarat knives... very happy with them.... But not with this one. After 2 months of use all the paint peeled off the handles. You have to use a lot of oil. Everything sticks to the pan. Poor quality. Who would pay $299 for this frypan? Ridiculous

Purchased in February 2021 at Robins Kitchen for A$103.00.

Woeful - not non-stick at all

published

I bought this frying pan about a month ago, as - with its star-patterned "anti-stick" base and persuasive marketing material - it seemed like the business.

It is terrible. Everything sticks to it and burns, even when doing things like reheating frozen pits breads.Yesterday I cooked hamburgers and used a ton of oil to try and avoid them burning - but to no avail.
I think the star-pattern on the base is just a marketing con. Worst pan I have ever had, I wish I had not given my old pans away.

Purchased in April 2021 for A$180.00.

useless

The worst frypan I've ever used. Still have to use LOTS of oil, nothing non stick about it. Washing it is also a nightmare as food gets stuck in the little ridges that are supposed to be the non stick component. Complete waste of money.

Purchased in April 2021 at eBay for A$129.00.

Passes the Test

I go through frypans quite often as the majority are poor quality. Baccarat's web site leaves a lot to be desired as it doesn't find the Triton when you do a search even though it is in their frypan section. In fact the web site is poorly constructed and should be reviewed. The Triton is a wonderful frypan. Bacon burning on it will still stick a little but whatever I burn into it simply washes off. I use stainless steel scourers which is why other don't stand up to the test but the Triton is bloody marvelous.
