The online order went through very efficiently, I made a purchase on Sunday, Monday morning it was already shipped and I got the product to Brisbane area on Wednesday. I really shopped around for prams and all our baby things, and found Banana baby to be really competitive on price. To add to that I've found the services to be amazing. I had an issue 12 months after I purchased my valco snap, and the girls in store couldn't have been more helpful when dealing with the supplier to fixing the pram. A delight to deal with I would highly recommend.

After travelling to Sydney to purchase baby items, we came across Banana Baby shop. The staff were very knowledgeable and were approachable. They had an extensive range of products although not all were set up for display. We decided to put our items on lay-by over the phone and we settled the account when we picked up the items. Really great prices too. I was deceived by the size of the shop, initially it looked quite small, but there is a second level and another area behind the cash register. It's an amazing shop.

This is the best kept secret in Sydney. Who says a small fish can't compete with the sharks in the market?

I recently purchased baby stuff from this store for my second baby! All i can say is positives! These people are sooooo welcoming nice and helpful! All stocked up and ready for sale. No waitiing period. The only baby store that had the pram i wanted and their prices are cheap so much cheaper then baby kingdom baby warehouse and baby bunting! They price match and match lower!! Love this shop and will def go back! Recommend this too all!

Amazing range on displayed. Also surprised they had the Troll Sun in stock. The other stores told us there was a 2 month wait. We love the selection of strollers. Service was amazing and the prices are low. A real warehouse price type of place, but showroom really nice product was on displayed. We also hire a capsule from them.

We had a tight budget and we were surprised at the range of low priced products available. We got our cots brand new for less than $200 and the car seat for only $129. All new and not ex-displayed. We did pick up a ex-displayed change table with no visible scratches. The products was at bargain prices, but was of great quality. The sales staff was friendly and did no try to push us to buy the high end products. All the products she shown us was at a similar price range

We were recommended by a friend and we loved this shop as much as they did. It really lived up to the recommendations. It was a huge store, lots of prams and strollers on displayed. There was also all the cots and furniture we wanted too see. Really good selection of car seats. The staff's product knowledge was excellent as well as the service. Extremely happy with the service and the prices we got. The listed prices on their website and also instore was lower than all the other store we have been. As we brought all our stuff here, we even got more discount. We even got our car seat installed here.

I ordered the Babyzen Yoyo from Bananababy as they were the only ones showing that they had it in stock. I ordered it at miday on the 17th December (a week before Christmas) and it arrived by courier at my front door at 7.30am the next day. I was shocked and amazed, I didn't think it would arrive before Christmas, but the next day was amazing. I don't even live in the Sydney Area, I live about 6 hours away. I would buy there again.

We searched online and in various shops for the pram and capsule we wanted. I emailed Banana Baby for a quote and found out that it was the cheapest of all the quotes we saw plus they had everything in stock for immediate pickup. We knew exactly what we wanted which helped, however I would thoroughly recommend Banana Baby for the cheapest prices and friendly, honest and helpful service.

I contacted them to get an item for my sister in laws baby shower and they dispatched the order without any delay. The order was made on the Thursday and arrived on the Friday. They followed my instructions by removing price tags, wrapping the item and saying who it was from. I would highly recommended their services.
How efficient they were

I am currently 22weeks with my first, hubby and I couldn't decide on what we wanted or anything.
So after visiting a few stores in PERTH we decided everything for what it is, was just far too expensive.

So had a look online and found banana baby and saw they shipped Australia wide.

We brought cot, mattress for cot, change table, mattress for change table, got a free bedding set. We also brought our pram which is the mountain buggy swift and got the bassinet too. All of this came to $1500 incl postage to Perth.

Was perfect and everything arrived today! So happy!!! I cannot wait to set up baby room.

We live in Parramatta and was recommended by a friend. Kogarah is a long way, but it was worth it. They a large range and had all the products we wanted and the prices were much better than other places we got quoted. I was especially impressed when they recommended a stroller that was better suited to our use than the one we selected. For smaller items, I now order on their web or just call them. They still give me the VIP discount.

It's a small store compared to others, however, this is where the best service and prices are offered as we were always served by the owner. They have a good range on the floor and can order in products if they didn't have it displayed too. staffs were helpful in loading the products into the car.
