I didn't keep this card despite the excellent customer service firstly because overall I couldn't understand why I was paying the same dollar amount of interest as with a card with a much higher advertised rate. But the deciding factor when I cancelled the card was when I read that BoQ had sold their credit cards to Citibank, a company that I didn't really want to maintain a credit card account with.

Despite the low interest rate and a recommendationt that it was one of the cheapest cards around, I still ended up paying roughly the same dollar amount in interest after transferring my balance.
