Helpful staff, flexible fast service
Cost was the driving force in looking for a reliable yet cost effective service provider once we had moved to the NBN. From the very start the Barefoot team were helpful & presented options that helped us decide which of their services to use. Set up was very speedy & issues with the modem very quickly resolved. Since starting with Barefoot we have moved house, the transfer of our NBN service to our new home was easy & completed by Barefoot without a loss of service.....no downtime at all.

st speed NBN service for a small increase in our monthly payment, this was very worthwhile as the speed increase was noticeable & still our costs remain below what our previous provider was charging for a slower service. The whole experience with Barefoot has restored our view that there are genuine NBN service providers that care for their customers.

Brilliant. Far outshines Optus's services - Glad I made the switch.
There have only been a few times, for a couple minutes at a time, where service had dropped, but that was due to NBN network upgrades in my area. Perfect otherwise.

Generally excellent speeds
Speeds with Barefoot are generally excellent. There are occasional slowdowns during peak periods but they are not detrimental. Where Barefoot excels is with their customer service. The times I have required to call their support team I have reached a local call centre who have been able to assist.

Responsive and available.
With regards to third party problems Barefoot personnel have always been fast and on the ball. Personnel know what they are talking about without a script!! They have no control over NBN Co. or Telstra hardware and faults but they get it sorted everytime. It never seems to be their side of the problem but they always get it resolved. Dealing with many providers over the years moving house regularly for work Barefoot have been the easiest by far to deal with.

Great Service, Top Value and Excellent Support.
I have been a Barefoot customer for a few years and have only needed to contact them on a couple occasions.. one for technical support and once for account information.
I was amazed when i rang Tech Support 10 mins before the end of the working day, they returned my call about 30 mins after they closed and told me they always got back to people in the que, regardless of time of day. Helpful and Professional support from Australian staff.. no overseas call centres to deal with.
