Tony from Mandurah Barrier Reef was very helpful right through the process, as was the Perth Head Office. We had a lot of work to do before and round the pool installation process, and they accommodated us every step of the way, even though it meant long delays in the process for them. Installation went very smoothly. The pool met our needs perfectly, even better than expected, and was much easier to maintain than we thought. They were constantly available to answer questions and talk us through the equipment afterwards, and even change a hose of the wrong length. They wouldn't let us return the wrong one till the new one arrived just in case we had to use it.

Dealing with David from O’Connor was an absolute pleasure. Installation was brilliant. Aside from a specific valve that I wanted that couldn’t be properly installed due to never having done one, it has been brilliant. They’re the premium pool builder in Perth with the best range, best finishes and best service. You’ll never be disappointed with a Barrier Reef Pool.

David from Barrier Reef Pool (O'Connor) was fantastic from start to finish, taking the planning and regulations out of our hands for the entire process. Our pool was the best investment in our new house. The kids are in it constantly and it really helps burn off some energy in the afternoon. The system requires little maintenance which i have easily learnt to do this being our first pool.

Barrier Reef Pools Perth are simply the best pool company out there. Dave the salesman was the only salesman that we spoke to during our extensive search who was actually honest and genuine. Despite the price being very reasonable, it was not the biggest win. It was the overall experience that was simply perfect in every way. Professional tradies who came on time and kept their promise and most importantly, knew what they were doing. Avril in the office was so supportive, it felt like she was installing the pool In her own backyard! Highly recommended without doubt.

We use our pool a few times a week. I just love seeing the kids having fun in there. The heater makes a lot of difference to extending our usage for the seasons. I got the sand filter and its so easy to maintain, simple to use. Thanks Barrier Reef Pools, you have been fantastic to work with.

We use our pool pretty much every day, and our neighbours also.
Maintaining it has been very easy so far with the filter system and occasional removal of a few leaves, it’s been no trouble.

We were very happy with the whole process from buying to the installation of our pool.
The size we choose and was recommended was pretty much spot on for our needs.

Gel coat issues in 3 year old pool. About to start the warranty process and will document the progress and process from start to finish. I won’t settle for water quality excuses and will set up an avenue for a larger class action if required as there seems to be so many others with the same issue. Interestingly my BRP supplier no longer uses the same gel coat supplier. Look out for a FB forum I will start soon for effected customers to pool our resources and the facts in issue with our gel coat failings.

Great experience and very happy with the install. No hidden costs and made the whole process easy. Would highly recommend as we've had issues with other pool builders in the past. Their experience and attention to detail was clear throughout the whole process.

WOW TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE from many communication issues, Stuctural flaws, custom service being the worst. We were happy with some of the contractors but felt disappointed in others. when contacting barrier reef with all our concerns and to let them know we had a leak, We felt We were the ones to initiate all communication frustratingly then received tardy, reluctant and rude service leaving us feeling physical, emotionally, mentally and financially ripped off. Still waiting for the finished product and still waiting for someone to contact us to see if we are happy witch we are NOT.

We are so happy with our new barrier reef pool, we have been recommended by a few friends and can’t fault the service or product. A big thanks to our installer mark and the office team.

We've just had our pool installed and it's looking amazing! They said fixed cost and I was waiting for a surprise bill at the end but didn't happen. Really impressed with how honest they were upfront about the extra costs for the crane and machinery as it wasn't an easy job. Can't believe we've finally got it done but so happy we have. We'd definitely recommend these guys

Had our pool installed a few weeks before Xmas last year and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We had a few other quotes from competitors that did come in cheaper but I believe this is because Barrier Reef were so up front about any additional costs associated with the install as we needed rock hammering and had limited access to our block. Barrier Reef were able to overcome these obstacles and the end result is fantastic. Would definitely recommend!
