Skin tones are often all wrong ranging from purple to bright red and differs each time you watch something different. When the background is supposed to be black the picture is shadowy and looks pixelated. Speakers give tinny sound. There is recently a cockroach wandering around inside my screen I can see while watching, it is not bug proof.

I was never that happy with all the smart technology maybe they have improved that now in the later models. There was plenty of ports which was a bonus.
Remote had far too many buttons.

Typical of a cheap TV this is Slow to start up and boasts terrible sound; but otherwise it's a perfectly fine 55" TV the originally cost $450.00.

The only problem is that it seems to be designed to last about 13 months - thus absolving the manufacturer of their warranty period.

Ours lasted exactly 14 months; and thus was outside the warranty period and cost prohibitive to repair.

TV worked perfectly until one day we turned on the TV and the screen was black. The audio of the TV works.
The TV is less than 24 months old.
Not happy!

We purchased 2 65" Tv's. Both went off with a bang, literally. One was working fine then made a bang like a gunshot and went off, never to work again. The second one went off like a gunshot the picture went of and shortly another ban and the sound was gone as well.

I love this TV. Brilliant quality. Sensible remote. Great service. Remote wasn’t in the Box. Tempo sent me one overnight no questions asked! What more do you want for $1,899

I had the remote fail within 1 weeks. I later contacted Bahn in which they asked for model. So turns out there is no sticker on tv. Bahn told me they can’t help without it. Even though they knew all the details if the tv. So I have a 55” black picture frame on the wall. I did initially state 60”. Not that made a difference to the fact that without the model they can’t help. THEN DON’T SEND ONE WITHOUT A LABEL!

Sux. It was great until 4 months after the 1 year warranty ran out. The screen no longer lights up and will cost more to fix it than replace it.

Customer service currently being assessed, will update the review shortly after an outcome with the distributor related to a problem with this tv. At the moment it looks as if they are doing the right thing.

Purchased Aldi 58: TV in May 2017. The remote control functions stopped working while in warranty [about 9 months]. Aldi replaced the remote control unit under warranty. The 2nd remote control unit only lasted about 9 months as did the first one. Now they want me to pay $30 for a new one which from past experience will only last about 9 months. After lengthy research there is no universal remote compatible to the Braun TV. The TV can only be used with the remote control.

I brought this tv last year and wow what can i say. The thing that attracted me was the size and the price. The picture quality is awesome. Although the sound on the unit is not the best overall a good tv. Advive is purchase a Bauhn soundbar to go with it.

Great quality and a fanstaic price bracket build is a little cheap but forgiveable the screen is Nice and crisp and light weight however the speakers are very tiny and cheap either way it’s not a problem I have it connected to a sorround sound system and still happy for it. Would buy again

Picture quality was ok until bringing another brand tv next to it. Still not bad but not good picture quality as some people explaining as they excited (??)

Many ports; but for what. It must have some wireless connection option; even no Bluetooth it has. When I bought it, I did not even think to check that kind of specifications. What an odd and old technology.
The most important thing is the satisfaction guarantee you get from Aldi; the tv returned back and accepted by Aldi.

Absolutely fantastic, i have it running through my computer for Netflix and Foxtel, achieves 1080P at 60 FPS, run through display port. So perfect for NRL or motorsports. I run it through a sound system, so I cant comment on the onboard sound . For the price it is the bargain of the century.

Beautiful picture. .foxtel and netflix crystal clear. Chromecast reconized straight away. Recorded free to air on usb overnight. Simple set up and navigation. Sound bar or home theater a must then turn tv speakers down to zero or you may get echo. Overall awesome for the price.Well done aldi. Cant fault it.

Extremely poor sound quality. Tinny, muffled and quiet. Must have incredibly small, cheap speakers. Sound delay of 4 seconds made it unwatchable. Pixelated, blurred, poor quality definition picture, and colour was terrible. Tried to tweak settings but didn’t help. So disappointed. Rang Aldi customer service and they said I could return it which I did, the same day I bought it.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
Put your money towards a decent tv, buying this one will give you an ulcer over your lost money.

Fantastic picture quality and lovely sound from the built in speakers, Great for view your favourite tv show on or movie, perfect for blockbuster movies. Get your friends around and spend the night watching a game or fav movie, this is the right TV set for any every ones home of work place.

This tv is huge looks great on the wall, picture is extremely clear and great to watch a range of media on including sports. Played 4K DVDs and they look stunning. The 1 star taken away is only because the sound isn't great and is quite tinny, not an issue though because we connected the tv to a surround sound system. Overall, fantastic tv for the price.

Purchased this TV on the cheap as a replacement for an older Plasma. Have not experienced any real issues with the TV in a few months of use. Audio quality probably isn't the best, but this can easily be resolved with a sounder purchase. TV image is crisp, refresh rate is OK. HD looks good most of the time.

Cant beat the price, and for that reason, this model is good value.
