Hi I have recently acquired a 55in Bauhn tv but the audio is quite bad... seems to be missing high frequency.. a bit muddy and almost inaudible unless high and even then not so good. Is there a way to reset or is this a fault. Vee

To do a factory reset, this will vary from TV to TV but it will be in the MENU and then SYSTEM or SETTINGS area under RESET TV / RESET FACTORY DEFAULTS / SHIPPING CONDITION. Just reset and did first set-up scan on my Bauhn24" with built-in DVD as lost a couple of channels
After scanning channels again the lost channels still are not there. Says no data input?

Have you tried to adjust your antenna prior scanning channels and see if that will resolve the issue? Do you have another TV, use the same antenna, and see if you'll completely get channels?

How do I get rid of a blue line that has randomly appeared on my tv after 9 months?.. I have the Bauhn 70 inch smart tv from June 20222.

Hi Grace,

I'm sorry to hear about the fault you've experienced.

Is the blue line visible on all sources? Have you tried to do a reset but it still exists? If yes, then this might be due to faulty T-Con board or a panel issue.

For us to confirm if it's still repairable or not, please send in a couple of photos of the television for assessment to [email protected].

In the photos could you please be sure to show:

- Full screen of the TV in one photo
- Closer shots of the issue to provide detail (if necessary)
- Images of more than one input source (i.e. Broadcast TV, DVD/HDMI, Menu or Source screen)
- Copy of the proof of purchase

I'm sorry to hear about the fault you have experienced. Can I confirm if you are getting an error message upon entering your WiFi password?

Another workaround is to do a factory reset - navigate from Settings > Device Preferences > Reset to reset the TV to factory shipping condition.

How to reset 65" Bauhn tv to factory default. I left the tv alone for 4 months unused but when I return to Live TV setting, it shows blue screen with 'no signal's notice. I am trying to reset to factory default to see if it fixes the problem. Other solutions welcome.
