Their pre-purchase support was excellent, and both times I have ordered from them they were extremely helpful in helping me choose the right product. The second order never arrived, but had been confirmed sent. They were extremely helpful, understanding and completely accommodating even when the issue was with Aus Post, not them. I highly recommend them, as their products are great, the service excellent, and they have my full trust as a supplier.

I placed a complex order including a customised product with separate accessories. When I recieved the order, there was a small and very understandable mix-up in what had been packed. I contacted The Shaver Hut's support people, and they immediately offered to send a premium equivalent of the item that had been omitted, covering the difference in cost. Their wide range of proucts is unusual in the Austrailan market, so I'll definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

I bought this as a gift for my Mr and had no worries about whether I was going to receive it in time. The website and processing the payment was super easy to use (some websites can be so painful!) and even though I ordered it after lunchtime it was at my postal box ready the next morning! It's a really great service, they inform you quickly confirming the order and follow up with a dispatch email . The product arrived well packaged and it's an absolutely beautiful brush. I can't fault them on price either as they were completely competitive on that. I am more than happy and will be recommending them to friends and family and will certainly buy again myself
