What an amazing experience with Essendon office! I was in desperate need of a new battery and Simon offered not only to source the battery as they did not have it in stock but also to drive me home then drop the car back to me once the battery was installed. With 2 young children this service was very much appreciated!

Dropped my car in at Centre Rd Clayton at 8am for four new tyres. Didn't want too expensive or cheaper tyres so got Dunlop. Rang me about 09.30 to pickup...they thought I had asked for it to be done urgently. I didn't but great service regardless. I was referred to them by a work collegue and I am happy I took my car to them.

Dropped a tire off for a puncture repair around 8am Saturday morning at Currimundi. Left my contact details (with the manager) and had already checked the closing time on Google, 1pm. Later on: no call, so I called them around 12, no answer. I go to the store, closed at 11 and won’t open until Monday morning. I was on vacation from brisbane and had to be back to work on Monday. I took the train home and put my family in a hotel for another night. When my wife picked up the tire on monday morning she was told that they lost my info and were overdue to change the hours for Google. She got a “sorry” and was charged $40 for the repair. I’ve paid $20 for an identical repair in the past.

As unlucky as I am I got a nail in my Tyre traveling to work. Lucky for me I was close by to Beaurepaires Somerton. I headed straight into the store and the service I received was prompt and friendly. It was a delight to hear they could help me then and there. My car Tyre was fixed after about 45 mins. Quick Friendly Honest Services is all anyone is after and that's what you receive at Beaurepaires.

We have always used our local Beaurepaires. Got a flat over the Xmas break and thought it was time to change our tyres as we were at 60000km with the originals. Got online to compare Beaurepaire tyres with online tyre sales. Beaurepaires were offering a coupon discount of 15% off the tyres but online sales were still cheaper. Our mistake was to choose brand loyalty and pay sightly more - which turned out to be even more as the wheel alignment wasn't included. We ended up paying what was the "saving"/discounted amount for an alignment - so really - there was no discount at all as the online guys offered the alignment for free with 4 new tyres. So a note to ourselves - it doesn't pay to be brand loyal.

I needed to have 3 wheels swapped over after I crushed a rim I had low profiles on and wanted to put back on the original tyres I had that were new and as I already had one on . The wheels where in my boot..I tried KMart Tyres and was told we don’t do that and the I tried 3 other tyre places wouldn’t do it..one even told me I could do it myself..I finally rang Beaurepairs and was told to bring my car down now and they will fix it for me I did this and my wheels were changed within half an hour Staff were so nice to me .I will go back there again...

I made a booking to remove & patch a nail that was in one of my tyres. Later that day a man called to say that he couldn't fit the patch because the tyre didn't have enough tread.

He said I had to replace two tyres & quoted me $165 each which I knew was expensive for a small I30. I asked for more options & he said there's one for $150.

That night I did an internet search & quickly found mid-range brand name tyres for far less.

I also read on NRMA that tyres in general last around 40,000KM. My car's only done 22,000KM! I always check tyre pressure & don't drive aggressively at all.

It was a disgraceful rip-off.

I made an early morning call at Annandale where Joe and Chris checked out a flat, reinflated it, checked my own tire change and got me on my way double quick. No charge, fantastic service, and a worry free trip to Mudgee. Many thanks guys.

I drove in with a bad leak in my rear tire, the manager took my car straight in and did the puncture repair immediately, when it was completed, he said there was no charge, imagine my surprise!

Recently had a puncture repaired at Beaurepaires Cairns friendly efficient service and no charge . Top marks will definitely be using them again either buying or repairing of tyres.

Dropped in yesterday to get a small tyre fitted to a rim for our surf club trailer. Odd size and I couldn't do it myself. The guy on counter was busy on the phone - but called the garage tech in. He took the items to the workshop & in about 5 minutes came back all done. He said no problem - glad he could help - no charge for the surf club. Handed me a card & said any problems give me a call. I'm so impressed - as I've had issues in the past - so really turned me around for Beaurepairs. I will go back for my own tyres when they are due. Well done guys & thanks.

Thanks to the guys at Besurepaires Lismore who fixed my flat tyre this morning. Great service with a smile, all done and back on my car in 15 minutes, and didn't charge me!
