Puncture repaired in Alice Springs but ended up with a flat tyre as the valve extension was ripped off. They denied responsibility, not a good experience.

I purchased 2 tyres for my 2013 Camry (215/55/R17) on July 2017, had no issues in store at all.
Returned on September 2018 for a regular tyre maintenance cost me $0. Customers who bought tyres from them would receive a 15% discount on wheel alignment (if needed).

I had RACV tow me to Mulgrave Beaurepairs on Friday. Needed a tyre changed so I could get my 8 month pregnant daughter in law and son to a surgical consult for delivery and was told only one person working and would not be able to do it for a minimum of 2 hours. I had to ring RACV get them to do the job in Beaurepairs car park.

Went into the Blacktown store today to get a wheel alignment done and the storeperson was fantastic and helpful and even shared some knowledge with me (someone who knows nothing about cars) while I waited only 20 minutes, great and efficient service.

Excellent service at Carnarvan. Two tyres required urgently because of wear on road trip. Tyres supplied and fitted within two hours.

Joe was awesome, he new it was to dangerous to travel further with the nail in our tyre wall.
Replaced it with a new one within half hour and had us back on our way to our holiday.

I have been using this store for about 6 years and the staff and service is always very helpful and efficient

I just returned from the most delightful experience at Beaurepaire Annandale where I went to get my tyre fixed. The gentleman pulled the tyre out of my boot and took it off to check, sending me to reception to sit and wait for 10 minutes. Whilst there I had a lovely conversation with Joe the manager. It was like walking into a remote county town service station. I can't recommend them enough. And to boot I had my tyre fixed for free thank to their promotion!

The staff was amazing and detailed, Chris the manager was helpful and proffesional, I'd go back there any time

Excellent condition, good customer service. And a fast service it’s great. I went and asked the quote which was the cheapest compared to other companies.

I called to ask if they had time to change a tyre on a wheel (before I would book an Uber into the city) They confirmed they could do it 100% there and then so I went in- only to be told on arrival that they were now too busy.... Taking photos of a Lamborghini on their phones. Zero customer service, no apology, zero manners. Just shrugged their shoulders and kept repeating 'sorry mate we don't have time' when I continued about how we had literally just had a conversation of me taking the trip to bring it in, he cut me off with the same blunt sentance, then left to continue looking over the Lamborghini (with the rest of the entire team) who were also 'too busy' to work that day.

I had an nail go into my tire. a big nail but not that big.

The told me they could not patch the tire and that I needed a new tire. The hole was tiny. If they cannot fix a nail hole, what can they fix?

Never again.

I bought 4 new tyres from Beaurepaires in Rockingham and I am very pleased with the service.

Asked for puncture repair, Tyre was of car nail was visible, asked if I could pick it up in 4 hours, was told no way, asked if I could put air in tyre was told I would have to wait, manager proceeded to office with no customers and got on computer. I picked up tyre inflator manager quickly came out and told me I couldn’t use equipment. Will never go there again and will avoid beaurepairs.
