Becextech customer service team have been quick to answer absolutely all of my 1000 questions before and after my order was placed.
I was then surprised to receive my order well before I expected to.

I have experienced a minor issue with the AU adaptor included to charge my phone, and of course Becextech are ready to help and rectify my issue.

I would definitely buy again, and am already going to be making another purchase.

Becextech debited my credit card one week ago however order is still 'in processing'. Customer service advised i would incur $55 admin fee if I cancelled. Advertised item included Priority delivery however have charged fee of $30 - one week later still havent dispatched.

From the moment I first contacted BecexTech, to receiving the S9+ the Support Team was prompt and informative, which I greatly appreciated.

Regarding the actual phone, it works perfectly, doesn't have any damage and I am very happy with my purchase. I'll be checking out BecexTech's site the next time I need to update my phone.

The only thing Australian about this company is the au at the end of their web address. The hold no stock in Australia and operate out of China. Their shipping fees are an absolute joke.... $80 for a phone, then had the nerve to offer me shipping upgrade for an extra $20 knowing that it wouldn’t arrive any faster. 3 weeks later and still no phone

I found Becextech to have the cheapest price for the 8gb/128gb Oneplus 7T that I was after. I ordered it on Saturday 18th April, it was sent on Monday 20th April, and I received it on Wednesday 29th in CAIRNS. This was despite Covid-19 transport problems. I am very happy with my phone and the service

Very good pricing recieved my package very quickly after it was shipped, although processing took around a week it was quite fast and the product was very good once delievered.

Works okay but lags a bit and doesnt hold charge for long. To be expected I guess from buying a demo phone just didnt think about it at the time

The cell phone is an international version shipped directly from hong kong china using DHL express service. So, it is original and shipped properly.

Buying experience was good without any payment issues. Queries were replied promptly.

I ordered a 2nd hand iPhone from Dick Smith Electronics website, but was being supplied by Kogan, and BecexTech? I don’t know, but what I received was 2x faulty phones, 3 months of emails, as they refuse to give a phone number and 45 emails back and forth to get a refund.
Waste of time, awful service, god awful product testing, worst experience I’ve had when a return has been necessary.

2 weeks ago i ordered a phone from this company and all i have got is nonsense excuses If something does not happen soon i will be taking this further.
