This is the second iPhone I have bought from this site and no issues with either.

One plus One 7t pro
The cell phone is an international version shipped directly from hong kong china using DHL express service. So, it is original and shipped properly.
Buying experience was good without any payment issues. Queries were replied promptly.
Currently using there product. Its only 2 or 3 days.
They also sell on amazon. At the end, I would recommend to give their website a try.

Faulty products and glacially slow service
I ordered a 2nd hand iPhone from Dick Smith Electronics website, but was being supplied by Kogan, and BecexTech? I don’t know, but what I received was 2x faulty phones, 3 months of emails, as they refuse to give a phone number and 45 emails back and forth to get a refund.
Waste of time, awful service, god awful product testing, worst experience I’ve had when a return has been necessary.

Do not buy from BecexTech
Purchased ex demo model iPhone 7, faulty on arrival, battery wouldn't charge to 100%, bluetooth didn't work. Website says they check all products prior to sending but clearly they do not.
I was told to post back at my cost, if found faulty they would reimburse me. The phone was found faulty. They have still not reimbursed me for postage and ignore all my requests to do so.
The communication from them was very poor. I asked for updates and was told to wait and be patient (not their money or phone they are waiting on). Then they sent me an email...Read more

Happy with product & company
I found this store very good. My products arrived safely & I am very happy with them. I was a bit apprehensive at first because I hadn't heard of this company before. Reading the reviews I decided to give the company a try & would recommend them. Delivery was slow due to overload of parcels with Australia Post at present, but my item as posted the day I ordered it, so have no complaints. Would use again,

Poor Customer Service
I ordered a note 8 thinking it was a dual SIM (my fault), 2 hours after placing my order I emailed them explaining I had to change my order. I was told it wouldn't be a problem and to let them know what I wanted instead. I chose a more expensive note 9 which said in the description it WAS a dual SIM. I asked for confirmation of this after accepting the offer but was informed it was actually not a dual SIM.

Terrible customer service and faulty product.
NOTE: This company offers rewards for positive postings.
I ordered a demo IPhone XR ($700) and it took 18 days to have it delivered from Sydney to the Gold Coast. They charged me $30 for delivery.
Follow up emails with the company were sporadic.
The phone finally arrived, however when I charged it up it got very very Hot. ( bad Battery???) The phone was also stuck on the Apple Logo mode. No four different reset options would reset it .
There is NO direct Phone number to call for Customer care and once again Emails were not answered in a timely matter.
Very Disappointed.

Refurbed iPhone 8 plus at a discounted price and has been like new
I've bought a number of new and refurbished Apple iPhones from them over the years and never had issues. Many thanks. Their website can be a little difficult to search for the model you want. But the range and prices are always the best.

Ripped off
Faulty phone sent it back for warranty, took forever, finally got it back still faulty so sent back again after waiting so long tried to contact first they said I didn't send it after proving I did they said they will do there best to find it. They dragged it out long enough for warranty to run out then sent it back faulty. Cant use department of fair trading as the phone was from their overseas company.
Do not trust them. I have attached a copy of one e-mail to show proof.

Poor battery on what was described as a demo model iPhone 7
The iPhone arrived and appears in sound condition, perhaps not as good as the 'demo model in good condition' that I purchased. The cosmetic issues are minor in comparison to the issues with the battery. In the settings menu, the battery condition is described and needs replacement with the iPhone having less than 80% of its full compacity. From fully charged, the battery goes flat in a bout 3 hours from a minimum of use and will need to be replaced asap. How are you going to address this?

Japanese model iphone X, can't take photos on silent. Terrible customer service
Took 2 weeks to come. Was a Japanese model yet nothing stated in ad about it not being an Australian model. Can't take photos on silent (makes loud shutter noise). When I emailed about it asking for a refund or replacement, they sent me an app to use. I replied that it wasn't a suitable solution & haven't heard back. Deceitful advertising & terrible customer service

Received product but no receipt to f/u warranty if needed
Easy navigation. Screen has pale yellow border which looks a bit "dodgy" however phone works OK and I am mindful that I have a six month warranty. That said I dd not receive a receipt.

Fast Efficient Service. Excellent Phones.
I ordered 2 ex demo Apple iPhones. My order was acknowledged right away. Any questions I had they answered right away. Even though 1 of the phones was out of stock, both arrived in the same shipment as they had put some effort into getting both to me on time. Even in the current crisis my order was processed with efficiency. The phones themselves were in almost mint condition. They are both working well. Really, I can't say enough about the BecexTech service. I will buy from them again.

I’m very concerned, when I first came on becextech I saw all positive reviews so I thought yeah okay it seems decent so I bought a iPhone 8 Plus 256GB red *special edition, order went straight through and my money but it still says (processing).
