My product arrive ahead of the scheduled delivery. It was in perfect condition and exactly as described on the website. My experiences with Becextech have been nothing but excellent for more than ten years.

Grey import, product not manufactured for Australian market. Watch out. Warranty, service not as good as genuine canon products. Bought a grey import camera canon eos7d mark ii which had a fault manufactured into it. Would not fix or replace.

The website store was easy to navigate and to find what I was looking for to order. It took nearly a week to dispatch the phone, but once dispatched, the delivery was overnight. One issue - I ordered blue version of the phone, but received black. However, since the delivered phone was in excellent condition I decided to keep it. Would be happy to buy from here again.

Demo iPhone as described. Even though the charger was missing in the delivery the customer service team via email managed to track it down and send it out (cable only though). Delivery was as expected and within the time frame mentioned. Product price was good, it kind of balances out the delivery fee.
