Hi - Have a brand new Bellini and have used it a few times on different cycles and every time it seems like it washes dishes but doesn't dry them. Is there a malfunction?

It is cheapest on the market. What do you expect really ?

Probably a faulty switch or maybe faulty motherboard. Just got confirmation after three visits of a mechanic that Bellini will send a new machine.

You may have to check if there is fault of heating element, forget to fill rinse aid or rinse aid is not enough, and you have to make sure if you have load the dishes properly.
It is not a problem related to PCB board or switch.

If it is still under warranty, better have the technician look into it. Otherwise, don't waste your time. If just over 2 years old, ask the retailer to either have it fixed or have it replaced. Under the Australian Consumer Law, the retailer has the responsibility to give you remedy for a defective product that they sell. They should not refer you to the manufacturer.
