Only half washes and will not dry. Heater option doesnt work. Probably the worst shelf design I have used. Definitely won't buy again. Unfortunately, size is my prime consideration and I will remodel cabinetry before I get any other machine regardless of brand.

Have had this dishwasher for four months. No longer fills with water & doesn’t wash. Heat non existent. Really noisy when it did run in the past. Incredibly frustrating as dishwasher fairly new.

Please do not buy these cheap and nasty machines. They don't work. When the machine actually manages to have a rare moment and start a cycle it doesn't clean anything. The Heating is a weak, it's loud, nothing dries and did I mention it doesn't work.

Mine is sitting there collecting dust because it wont fill with water and the warranty process is the worst I've ever dealt with, It's been over a month and they haven't even contacted me.

It is the worst dishwasher I’ve ever had. We have just moved and the home had the Bellini dishwasher in it already and it does NOT clean the dishes properly, especially glass. It leaves everything wet, the tablet doesn’t pop out, and it doesn’t seem to get as hot as my last dishwasher (Westinghouse) . I’m having to just hand wash all of my dishes now.

We inherited this DW from the prior owner of the house. The single old lady said she had not used it in over a year. So it should have been like new. But there was no warranty information supplied.
However we found that more often than not it left dishes dirty. Glassware in particular. And they were never dry at the end !.
The end came for this one when a fault light came on indicating "water" with no help in the manual as to what is actually wrong.
With the basic cost of service being 30% of the current price from Bunnings (plus parts) we decided to replace it. We purchased a new Bosch machine and we are much happier not least because we were able to extend the warranty

It is one of the good purchase decisions. Working efficiently without giving any trouble on daily basis. I put dirty dishes that come out sparkling clean.
Size, quality, cleaning is efficient.

Works well. Noise is quite to the point you forget it's on and best if all cleans all the dishes as good as new. Draw space is amazing you can fit so much in it. Definitely recommend.

I am in New Zealand. My dishwasher is 15 months old. I cannot get anyone to come out and fix it. I was given the help number by Bunnings but every time I ring I get the same message -- hold until the next available technician. Half an hour or so later I am still holding. After reading many of your reviews I know I have the same problem as many of you. I turn it on, but after a minute or so it turns itself off and beeps loudly with the water light on. I am not going to bother with it any more. It can go in the next flexibin and tomorrow I intend to buy one almost three times the price from Harvey Norman which I have no doubt will last more than three times as long.

I have purchased two of these dishwashers for rental properties that I own (because I shopped on price) and both have performed adequately. I have had no complaints at all.

Purchased in November 2015 - did not last for even three years - product support also very poor. Lack of communication and no contact to advise the product could not be fixed. Also purchased the hobb for two rentals and both have had to be replaced in less than three year - gives truth to the saying you get what you pay for - will certainly not be purchasing this brand going forward.

Not very happy as cant get anyone to fix under warranty. No one is interested coming out to fix the bellini model from Bunnings

What an annoying piece of crap ! Can't put standard sized plates in the lower rack as the washer arm hits them and when you put the plates on the far left and right to avoid the washer arm, the top rack rollers clash with the plates. Washes average and is noisy.

This one was already installed when we moved in, it started off badly with an almost impossible to open door and very dodgy handle, very dodgy cutlery basket, wonky racks. Feels like it will break any minute. Been using and maintaining it for two years and am amazed it still goes but the more I use it the less I like it. Only works on heavy load, half the time doesn’t dissolve the tablet, never dries anything, rarely cleans everything.

Have had it 2.5 years and it's broken down 3 times. Last time we just left it there for 3 months as we had given up. Finally found a reset hack for it. It went twice then stopped working again. Never never never buy again. Doesn't clean dishes very well either.

it is a piece of rubbish,,
the package it came in was of better quality than the washer
used 250ml of rinse aid in two washes..
dishes and glasses came out dirty after two washes
worst dish washer i have ever purchased
should be compensated for my waste of time and effort..and reimbursed for fuel..

Whatever you do, don't waste your money. Keeps giving errors even though it is still very new. Lights 1 and 7 keeps flashing - instruction booklet completely inadequate to assist in resolving this. Horrible product. We will probably have to get rid of this one and go buy a proper brand.

Repeated failure of door catch, replaced 3 times, but fails/breaks within short period. Unable to use the dishwasher. Bunnings did not help with sourcing replacement door latches or repairs.
It washes okay. But this is useless what the door will not latch closed.
Very unhappy. We have to purchase a replacement.

It is easy to use and the manual is written so as to easily understand . Unlike some dishwashers it doesn't have as many controls as a jumbo jet . It Does have different wash cycles to choose from and it cleans the dishes well . I bought it from Bunnings so I'm hopeful I would get a replacement if anything went wrong .
