Probably a faulty switch or maybe faulty motherboard. Just got confirmation after three visits of a mechanic that Bellini will send a new machine.

You may have to check if there is fault of heating element, forget to fill rinse aid or rinse aid is not enough, and you have to make sure if you have load the dishes properly.
It is not a problem related to PCB board or switch.

It’s normal that the pump is activated. This, because the machine cleanse itself before starting a new cycle. If the machine doesn’t take on water after the pumping cycle, two problems can cause this: absence of an aqua stop or a broken inlet valve.

Looks like it's time to call in the service man. If you have done everything you can to fix obvious problems within your control, the next step is to call in an expert. My suggestion is to get them to quote first. These machines are cheapest on the market and it may not be worthwhile to pay to get it fixed, instead replace it with a more reliable model.

It will not be the problems of aqua stop or inlet valve, as no water will flow in if there is a problem of aqua stop or inlet valve, but will cause a water inlet malfunction instead. Please firstly clean the water so as to turn the float switch off installed on the bottom base pan, and then you have to check if there is problem of part like flow meter, pressure switch, inner drain pipe connecting drain pump. Please call for a service.

The unit has a fault. The lights are an indication of what is wrong. Refer to your manual.
In our case the lights indicated a problem with water supply. The repair was quoted at $300 because it was out of warranty. So we just replaced it.

Please check the User Guide of the troubleshooting page 19 and confirm what fault indicator refers to. Then call for a service.

Mine would not pump in. It would turn on and then turn itself off with the water light coming on. Thrown it out although still under warranty. Bought a Bosch which is superb.

Hi Michael, There will be a few causes if not pump out, first check if the drain pump broken, check if the sump has been blocked by the remains, then finally check if the drain hose bending or not.

Hi Ange, inlet hose with aqua stop can be purchased from the ebay as it's a universal part for dishwasher. You can use other aqua stop brands as well. And then ask the seller to help you on how to replace a faulty one. And if your dishwasher is in warranty period, kindly ask for a service, Thanks

Thank you lucky I found my receipt and it was still under warrenty. Price for part in NZ $160

Hi Kaz, It's beside the water outlet hose connecting point. That is in the rear of the bottom base. Yes, It has. There is a lock in the rear top, Just need push the top cover to the back.
