Door would not shut properly. Oven door glass shattered one day. Emailed customer service to discuss safety concerns.Customer service did not exist even when I mentioned health and safety concerns.

We have used our oven for 1.7 years and the knobs have broken apart and fallen into the actual head of the oven. It doesn’t cook food evenly at all the trays are in even and the door doesn’t shut tight enough. The cook top hot plates have rusted and let off a terrible smell when heated up wich would not be healthy for a family to inhale. Unfortunately the warranty is already up. Please think twice before buying. Has anyone else had this problem and could lend some advice in what to do?

Great package with good quality oven and benchtop. Oven has all the feature, grill, fan forced and top and bottomm elements. Cooktop has two large and two small elements that are well spaced. Whole item is easy to use and great value for money

my wife is not happy with the door NOT closing tight and allowing hot air to escape. Our Sunday roast comes out not cooked through after 3.5 - 4 hrs
I have tried to complete online warranty form with no success, can someone help me?
Took a package kitchen from Bunnings, they need to drop Bellini from there bundle as all the rest of the kitchen is very good, oven / stove lets them down.
