Super fast connection !!
Was very hesitant about connecting to Belong after reading a lot of bad reviews. But, it was seamless and took less than 10 minutes. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!! I would highly recommend Belong to anyone looking at changing mobile phone carriers.

Great customer support
Despite all the happenings in the world right now, I was able to port and connect two new mobile plans with Belong without delay and any trouble. They even honoured my data rollover from my previous carrier (100gb) as the sim was a day late arriving in the mail. We have now also subscribed to their internet services and so far have been easy to deal with and offer competive prices, plus I now get bonuses with the mobile offering which saves me money. While everyone wont have a great experience for whatever reason, mine has been great. Great work Belong.

Service team is absolutely hopeless
Haven’t had an opportunity to access network due to porting issue that the service team at Belong can’t seem to resolve besides replying with a generic message. I’m a client of a number of other service providers that do not offer bricks and mortar support without issue. Belong business model is a joke

Absolute worse service ever!
From the first day of connection i havent had internet service yet have taken my money out but have had no internet from day dot its the nbn router box have asked for a technician many times through email & fb messages cant get through to a human seem un reachable sent photo's have tried to restart many times to no avail heading into third week of no internet that im paying for ..... hoping will be corrected for when school goes back as need for online schooling.

Belong what customer service??
After putting in several Customer Support requests to Belong for an issue I needed rectified I received 5 return email stating the issue was rectified when nothing had been done. Very disappointing unprofessional and ineffective Customer Support. Resolved email appear to be automatically generated without actually doing anything.

Our technician didn't show and we can't get through to anyone. We have cancelled with belong.
Very bad communication with no response and not happy with being run around. We have cancelled anything to do with belong. Even writing a bad review is hard to do

Worst customer service
Worst company and cheat management.. don't get trapped.. you can't contact anyone if needed..I canceled my mobile plan but yet being charged for last three months. Don't go for it

Cancel my plan
I was happy with belong but since they removed few of the countries with international call which I used one of them. Now I don't use it, so please belong cancel my plan. I can't connect my account

Unbelievably Frustrating Company to deal with
We have four mobile phone services with Belong and until recently were really happy with them. We recently changed banks so needed to update our credit card details on our Belong Accounts. We managed to change the credit card details on two of our phones however the second two phones will not allow us to do so, we keep getting the same error message on both phones of "Unsuccessful HTTP Response" every time we try to log into our Belong Account. us to log into our account but we cannot do that as the error message will not go away. We have tried erasing our history, cache and cookies (their idea of a solution) and we have tried logging into our Belong accounts from other sources etc but to no avail. Today in their wisdom Belong cut off these two phones because our payment had defaulted! Well we knew that would happen, that is why we have been trying to change our credit card details. Today our dog died and I could not even call my husband and son to tell them to come home because their phones had been cut off!!! I am beyond frustrated with this company. I have logged a complaint with the Telecommunications ombudsman because this is just not fair. I have now started looking at other providers for all FOUR of our phones to move across to as Belong can't even let us pay our account. I would NEVER recommend them. I cannot understand why it is so hard for a customer to be able to pay their account. I cannot understand why they do not have an answer for this issue. Yesterday I spent over an hour on the phone with their service centre and although the gentleman I spoke with was lovely he could not solve my problem. Terrible awful service.1 comment

belong broadband is great never any problems, customer service is very good.
I am with Belong (broadband via mobile sim) for several years and have / had never any problems.
The only thing is there is no application for sending emails via my windows PC, However with my non-belong router i can sent emails in a very restricted way and only to 5 addressees, a real pity, for the rest I recommend Belong without any hesitation!
Belong being a Telstra company; why is it that Telstra self cannot give this excellent service them selves!

Terrible Customers Services and Service
Trouble getting my service up and running call their call centre, divert me to 123 options.. crazzzzYYYY y. Crap and frustrating service. Message them which they don't understand a word.
Company name is crappp belong. Facebook page is not attractive, only attract old Australia. Doesn't not have the EEO.
Only offer me one off discount. Not cheap service.

I successfully ported to belong in March this year
Now trying to port wife’s phone to belong
Ripped $25 from account no connection ring belong and the message says call centres closed due to covid19
Multiple emails still no resolution no response to refund
I’m happy with belong but as for porting another number. Pathetic
Would be wary of dealing with them

After 2 weeks of absolutely appalling customer service and contacting telecommunications ombudsman I finally had Belong refund the money they took out of my bank.
This is 1 mobile phone company I would not recommend

Can’t choose zero star as they don’t deserve any star !
I had my $25 sim activated on 28/01/20 and it was successfully activated on 29/01/20, and they deducted another $25 from my credit card on 04/02/20. Which mean I paid $25 for my starter pack and it lasted only 6 days before they ripped me off another $25 ! I sent a refund request and guess what! No refund! Please don’t make the same mistake I made, now I am using boost which also uses Telstra network and I didn’t have to give them my credit card details so I won’t have to worry about any $$ being stolen!! So if you are looking for a good value prepaid mobile plan, boost is the way!

Unlimited international calls to Philippines. No more
I purchased a pre paid starter kit and it says unlimited phone international calls to the Philippines. I thought it be great to purchase the Sim card. As soon as I connected the Sim card, it's says it's no longer supporting unlimited international calls to the Philippines on the 31/03/20. Very misleading and very disappointing after spending $40.00, why not change your adverting. Very misleading..

Terrible support
Have needed to port current number across since over a week ago, and despite multiple messages (only way of contacting them now) via support request and FB Messenger sent to Belong with correct details, they still will not complete the port. Have been locked out ("maximum port failures reached") of retrying since the account number I entered was wrong at the start. Also the Belong app is very slow and buggy. Of course they took the $10 for the new service no problem, and have rolled over to a new month with current provider, so paying for 2 mobile services now. Absolutely terrible support.

A new unhappy client
I signed up to Belong late February this year and my service has not operated since in an acceptable manner. Despite many phone and email contacts I still cannot ring people and vice versa. Each time I get a message saying emergency calls only. I can send and receive messages but not much else. Given the circumstances how could I recommend your service to other prospective customers, in fact the reverse would be the case. James Neale.

App shows Unsuccessful HTTP response
I was happy with the service but now I can not view my account on the Belong app which shows Unsuccessful HTTP response whenever I go into it. I want to increase my data option but am unable to do anything while this bug error message appears on the app. Very frustrating.

I cant resolve this online or by phone . It's a very simple to fix . If belong site and app were running good there would be no problem . Hey, I'm paying for 30Mb/s with an average of 25Mb/s in evenings.... How come I'm getting less than about 7 and often as low as 1.6Mb/s? Why don't you have some way available to me to make a complaint? Your phone line is unattended because of the Corona virus? I want to be given credit for the last 3 or 4 weeks that I haven't been able to get online.

Slow speeds are the worst but we can definitely get them fixed up for you :)
Follow the steps below to get in touch with our technical support team who will give you a hand;
