Shocking at communication! No responses
My account has been suspended due to expired cc. This has been updated but still no service. Contacting them is impossible as help support on website or app doesn’t work - ‘there was an error processing your request’. it is ridiculous that there is no number to contact support directly! really angry with their service. Avoid at all costs!

text message with the code doesn’t come - plus my provider has been Belong and there’s no option to choose Belong from the ‘Get started’ menu on the dashboard. I am switching providers as this has been going on for too long and the advice you are giving me through the product review portal is generic and useless for me. Very disappointing!

Starting of this covid19, my friend went to another house so she transfer the internet bill at my name. But I didn’t access to my account, one person called me and she said she would follow up for my account detail. But she never did, I tried hundred time to call their CS and email them more than 10 times but I didn’t get reply back. Now they said my account is canceled. And I’ve no internet at my house and also want to update my account details

Unable to contact Belong
I tried to contact Belong about joining their nbn however I had a couple of questions one being are there any delays in getting my internet connected and are there any delays in the supply of a modem due to Covid 19. I couldnt get through on the phone so I sent a brief note on their HELP page. I received an instant automated reply see below seriously if that many customers are having issues I dont want to become one of their stats.
We’d love to have you onboard, but due to COVID-19, some of our customer support teams are unable to work, so we’re prioritising our help to existing customers who need us urgently. We know that having a solid connection is more important than ever, but we’re unable to reply to this request.

There are some going on at the moment as our delivery partner Toll has had some IT issues but we haven't had the chance to update our website yet. are getting the same automated response. I did try a couple of other providers by telephone and to my surprise there was a very quick response I was talking to a person at the other end of the phone. Wish I can give 0 stars
This is the worst internet company ever. We pay an extremely higher price for the modem and this kinda lock us into the company. But every month that I have to pay my plan I fell angry. Angry because this internet simply doesn't work!!! I’ve been paying 70$ monthly to use my mobile data at home! This is ridiculous! Now that I finally found a excellent internet company provider... Im not able to cancel!! No email, no online chat, no mobile number.. What is this? It’s a scam company that only takes your money and don’t give you nothing in exchange? Even respect?!?!
Already sent the email via the website and, reading all the comments in here, Facebook and other places, I know that I won’t receive an answer soon.

Never ever buy this, I repeat never buy this internet.
I bought 40mbps unlimited internet NBN plan. It worked fine for a month and half and after that true Color came out with just 4-5 mbps. Can’t even load a movie. Had to turn on my personal data to post this review.

Poor effort!
It’s really frustrating to not be able to contact anyone!
I had my account or service reactivated yesterday, I still have no connection and belong says it’s active, when i go through support, I don’t get the help I need, infact more generated responses.
Now I’m just not getting any reply!
I have no internet! Paid 130$ to have no service at all!
I have had multiple problems with belong since I went with them and I’m afraid to say I will changing providers as-well as raising an enquiry with the onbudsman
It’s funny how nearly every other provider is still there for their customers throughout this time!

BE WARNED, WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
Absolutely shocking.... I have tried to contact through the app and email and had no response. The internet drops out every 5 mins and fails to connect a lot of the time. I hope there is a cooling off period I will be going else where. impossible to watch anything on Netflix etc Wish I read the reviews on here before signing up.

Horrendous Customer Experience
Much like everyone else my connection has been horrifically poor and slow, with very limited bandwidth. The issue is there is literally ZERO way to fix this as they don’t have any possible avenue to get help! I am going to cancel and sign up with a new provider who can actually provide a proper service to their customer. Absolute Joke
I have been with Belong almost 12 months. Worst customer service and the connection is honesty a joke - it drops out at least 8 times a day on average. Won’t be renewing my contract.
If you have similar issues with your internet I strongly recommend you contact the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman they are completely free and recommended by the ACCC as they got me out of my contract fee free and made Belong refund us for the most recent month as our issues weren’t resolved by Belong.

2 days no service... so far can't contact them
ADSL just stopped working mid afternoon, during a meeting Can't contact them call centre closed.... even though all other internet providers you can contact during covid-19. Log a job we'll get Back to you in approx 3 days. Judging by everyone else's experiences I won't hear from then for at least 2 weeks... need to work from home can't. Blocked my payments to them and going to switch provider, will NOT pay any exit fees for breaking contact... Never have I ever had a service outage like this from any internet provider. Worst service don’t do it!
Unreliable connection, kept dropping out and couldn’t stream. No call centre open so very frustrating to wait to hear back from emails days at a time, so we switched to company that has open call centre to be able to speak to someone when issues arise. They charged us $200 to get out of contract also. We would of happily stayed if you gave us working internet. Not worth it!

Worst internet service!!!
I have been with Belong for around 3 weeks now - the first week was great, we managed to set everything up with the modem really fast and the internet was great for the first week however the last couple of weeks I have barely been able to use my wifi. When I am connected to the wifi I cannot access any of my apps on my phone, search anything on the internet or use our Google Chromecast.
I am also working from home and my connection constantly drops out and is so long.

Worst Customer Service Ever
I used the online account manager to schedule a move over three weeks ago. It took me sending multiple emails to the support inbox to get them them to activate the service at my new address. Whilst the service is active I have no internet connection, and after even more emails I am still waiting on technical support to contact me. I have tried every troubleshooting method listed on their website including a hard reset. If I don't have a response or a technician scheduled to come see me by the end of the week I will be contacting the ombudsman. There is no excuse for being this unreliable especially in the current climate.

No Connection
I started with Belong in Nov 2022. It was simple and easy to connect. The connection speed was good to start with and I am not sure if it is NBN or not I did not care as the speed was ok. it was my WiFi. I tested 5 items in my house and at work to prove it was not at my end. They then stated the new router was at fault. I asked if they had hardware problems they said no. It has been over one week now awaiting for delivery of another router but I have lost confidence in Belong. I have asked them again what is happening but get no reply. Its like it is too hard now. I have today decided to close the account being as I have had no connection for 33 days. This has hurt my Online business greatly. I have had to go to another location to keep my business running. I have never been angry with them nor been demanding but the fact they know I have no connection should prompt them to action or ring me. They said its a technical issue but I have never spoken to a technical person. When they do ring it the same tasks to look at my windows 10. Its just a waste of time doing the same thing over and over again spending 1.5 hours on the phone looking at the wrong issue. I can clearly see there should be a connection as they can also but it is not going through the router. My speed has been .08 download and .05 upload. No one can do anything with that? ur company to respond? No I have not moved on to another ISP yet until this is resolved as from last night I have had to hot spot my phone to make a connection keeping my business running. Maybe you should take a good look at your service team. Why has the router not arrived. Or perhaps they forgot to send it? Never using Belong again!
I would strongly reccomend that no one use belong, or to get out as soon as possible. My internet has not been working properly for weeks, constant drop outs and massive pack loss. I am also having a weird issue where I can't connect to things properly; have to reload webpages multiple times before they work, im resending messages constantly, nothing connects properly anymore and this issue is getting worse. Hidden when most needed
I have been trying to somehow contact them but no success. Their customer service is not working and help line does not respond. I have to move house and when I tried to manage it online firstly I will be forced to pay $5 extra after being with them for 3 years, a great honor of loyalty. Secondly, I can only get them to contact nbn technician after my service to current place is disconnected and I moved into new house. Nowadays, people cannot leave and work without internet and they simply do not care. Time to move on

Unable to contact in any way!
I need to terminate the internet service since I am moving house, and this company is like a ghost enterprise: you can't contact them whatsoever! No email address, no phone number, no online chat!!! All those awards given to this company need to be questioned. Don't try to make money by pissing people off. Absolute garbage
My flat mate and I are trying to work from home amongst this pandemic and cannot get anything done without disruption. So I’m forced to either get into the office or hotspot to my phone. SMH
Simple things like Netflix, always buffers and PS4 will constantly disconnect.
Not sure if the demand for wfh has increased the traffic load which may impact the speeds? But this isn’t good enough and I’m currently seeking other alternatives.

Why belong has such a terrible service?
I called to Belong at 16:45 on 1 June 2020. The customer representative didn't saw say his name (Indian accent). The guy said what they can offer and was in rush to get my banks details. He met all questions very irritable. I asked the type of the modem they sell for $79 and my question was met very frustrated the guy asked me: "why is it matter?"... The last my question was: "can you sent the contract to my email?" And the belong representative hang up....
That is my initial experience with belong. Should you bother to deal with such service? It's up to you.

Sometimes the technicians don't need to come into the house and can get everything done outside. Other times, they may have to cancel the appointment and let us know, so we can pass that on to you.
