hello we have bessemer induction pots and they take so long to boil water - does anyone else have this issue?

we use smeg induction unit - no issues boiling water in other pots.

the issue seems to be with the pots themselves

I have been waiting since the 22nd September 2018 and it is now the 12 February 2022 for my new 1,6 litre flame saucepan and lid . I am trading in my old saucepan and lid of the same colour.
I paid for it when I ordered the replacement in full
Still no satisfaction!
