Does your product have a lifetime guarantee on products bought in 1990?
Hi Ron, I have asked the same question and no reply so far. My Dutch oven has started to flake and I thought it had a lifetime guarantee.
Thank you Katie sometimes " lifetime" guarantee is only a gimmick but as I am having same problem I hope that this manufacturer honours its product.

Read mores of water and bring to the boil. This should remove the residue then re-season the surface with cooking oil on a paper towel.
It took a few attempts but it is now clean again my pot is about 35years old and I love to cook in it thank you so much

Hi, I have a 32 cm deep frypan and lid. I have owned it from new for 2 years, dont use it too much, love cooking in it, but have a problem with the knob on the lid coming loose everytime I use it. I gently tighten it from underneath but it always loosens, as if it needs a washer or something. The knob separated from the lid yesterday when I lifted it off the pan and the lid fell onto the floor with the knob still in my hand. What is the solution to the knob staying on the lid please.

Can i use my Bessemer Country Kitchen 3l casserole dish in a Weber?
Wouldn't recommend it as heat can't be controlled on a barbecue and you may risk damaging your coating if it goes above 350 degrees C . With a lid Bessemer can do most things an oven can on top of the stove.
