I used my oven dish for the base of steaming a fish but didn't realise that it ran out of water, now there is a large water stain on the teflon. Is there any way to remove it because I love this peice of cookware, it makes the best crispy baked potatoes.

After 29 years your baking dish probably isn't suffering from faulty workmanship or materials- this is what our no time limit guarantee covered. It didn't cover normal wear and tear. We can inspect it for you if you wish and evaluate this. We don't recoat but can offer a trade in at a reduced price if the product isn't faulty. If it is faulty it would be replaced. Please contact your local office on 1300655994 and someone will be able to organise an inspection.

I can't see any problem with this but obviously let it cool before putting in the refrigerator.

I would prepare the lasagna, freeze it and bake the lasagna on the day, rather than baking it and than freezing the lasagna.

Hi Kusum,
Yes I put my baking dish in the oven. I cook scones in it. It is great as the handles are metal (not plastic) so all good.

Plastic (phenolic) handled pieces can go into the Oven up to 180 degrees C. Please ensure handles and knobs are away from burners or the heat source.

Hi. I purchased a roasting pan ( no lid) about ten years ago. It has been treated well but is no oil marked and not really non stick anymore. How can I clean the oil marks from the pan? I have soaked and gently scoured but to no avail. Please can you advise..

Without seeing the pan it sounds like it may have burnt in oil, which may have effected the non stick. Not much you can do to recover the non stick except use a little more oil. Optionally we can trade it in for a new first for 40% off the current price or a second ( with minor imperfection) for 50% off. If you want us to inspect this piece or organise a trade in please contact your distributor or your local office on 1300655994
