I've been using Bessemer since 1986 and love the weight and even heat. A couple of months ago my daughter moved out and got her first set. It's now Induction capable and I love the new removable handles on the saucepans. I've had a couple of pieces replaced under the guarantee over the years and traded a few in. Food definitely tastes better in the Bessemer.

Bessemer has been in my family from my grandmother to my mother and now that I have moved out I was delighted that mum brought me my own pieces. I have used my cookware for over 5 years now and have not had a problem. I use the bessemer utensils and no sharp objects, there is no need for excessive heat as the cookware gets very hot very quickly and all the way around the pan so there are no hot spots. I love this cookware and so does my family with many of them using this product for over 30 years! Great cookware!

I purchased Bessemer around 15 years ago for the first time and I have not looked back since. I still have the same cookware and it is just as good as when I first bought it. I don't even need to use my oven anymore & I love how easy it is to use. Since my first purchase, I have continued to buy more. Would highly recommend Bessemer!

I’ve never loved cooking but using Bessemer cookware over the past few years has made me really enjoy being creative in the kitchen. I’ve tried other brands during this time but none of them even slightly compare to Bessemer. The cookware heats well, is very easy and quick to clean and each piece can be used for a variety of different meals. Since using Bessemer, I wouldn’t look back. I’m addicted - 5 stars!

1 minute cleaning, saving on electricity with less oven use, heats evenly, perfect meals, flexible uses and loving the no oil 3 minute home made pizza recipes!! Can't wait to get more of the range!

The Worst warranty - which they never Honor - Pots are meant to be on heat and what is over heat
I bought $1700 worth all peeling off. We should take class action over Warranty claim. thousands of unsatisfied customers and now Quality is worse- never recommend any one to buy as this becomes health hazard after it starts peeling

I totally agree with all the negative comments on your product. Warranty cover is an absolute hoax on your nonstick coating. Your agents are not helpful & I can't get thru to hq. I bought 3 pots at great cost, now they are not fit to even give to the op shop! Where coating peeled off, it exposed rusted metal!

Growing up in a family that only used Bessemer I thought there was no other pan or pot that would come close in comparison to quality. My mother has a pot which is the same age as myself 27 years and its still in perfect condition.

She bought some new pots for herself and me approx 7 years ago, unfortunately these have not stood the test of time.

They have discoloured and peeled, consultants claim it was due to high heat and oil splatters but the other pans have been subjected to the same domestic stove heat and have no signs of wear and tear.

Their quality has decreased and I am sad to say will not be purchasing any more Bessemer dishes. Le creuset all the way now!

Bessemer cookware is nothing but the best! have been cooking with it for 33 years and even have some pans still that are that age and going strong! Some of my cookware and sisters' cookware is over 20 years old and still looks new to this day! If it is looked after and cared for properly (I.E. no metal utensils, no dishwasher use) It will surely last a lifetime. I would never use any other cookware in my life and it seriously makes you a better cook!

Do not invest in Bessemer, the current product is useless just peels off and they dont even exchange them, the warranty is now 5 years and that too when you return a product they say it is not a manufacturing fault you have used too much heat, rubbish excuse. The staff at head office are rude. I just returned three pans to them and they want me to exchange them I have to pay a approx 140 on top for each pan. It is just a joke, I have asked them to return them back as it to go to salvation army. Buy Chefs tool box they are really good.

My mother bought about $1000 worth of bessemer pots and they lasted a couple of years before being unusable due to the coating contaminating the food . Basically she was told the pots had been overheated at some stage and that voided the warranty . Theres no way to prove one way or the other if the pots had indeed been overheated so the pots were simply thrown out, Lesson learnt .
At the end of the day Bessemer are very ordinary pots that have wildly enthusiastic claims made about them that are simply untrue .

Didn't last anywhere near as long as they should have for what was paid for them .

Now that I am proficient in the care and use of my cookware, I absolutely love cooking with it. Also I had very good customer service both from the local dealer and the state manager who hold regular cooking demonstrations to which i am always invited, so you learn more each time you attend such demonstrations. I have now purchased most of the products and am a very happy cook, my family and friends are happy with my cooking also.

I was informed when I purchased 4 parts of the range that it had a lifetime warranty, after a conversation today with customer service ( Brisbane) she informed me that ever since she has worked for the company that has never been the deal... Not happy :( it's kinda sad that demonstrators have to lie to make sales, tell the truth and you'd actually receive more sales I think :)

The Bessemer dishes I bought some 20 years ago have been ok. The lifetime warranty is a load of crap and the non existent customer service sucks. Especially when it comes from the top, That is the so called National Sales Manager who invites me to bring your stuff in for her to review (because she is the only one who can decide if an exchange is appropriate) and when you get there not only does she not remember you or your conversation but almost straight away passes me onto to some other person who displays the most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced, and above all tells me, the customer that it's my fault.

False Warranty advertised. Not existent Customer Service and rude inconsiderate Sales Manager and Consultant.

Warning!!. When your pot loses it's non stick surface and bleeds black spots into your food, as mine has, (and not too long after I purchased my set), do not expect Bessemer to help you or replace item. I was told I must have used the pot on to high a heat. How insulting. Never again!! These are not cheap pots. Ex Bessemer user.

Certainly not non stick and non existent warranty!
