We use our pool 2-3+ times a week.
Being a 50,000 litre pool maintenance the filter gets a fair run this time of year and with water restrictions in place I needed a second cartridge. I have bought from Best Pool Supplies on numerous occasions and been happy with their service. However this time I'm waiting for my product and I hadn't been given a shipping number or email to say it had been dispatched, so I sent an email and the response was very slow stating the product was sold out and they were waiting for a new shipment. Had they stated on their website the product was out of stock I would have gladly waited but to not be told is very disheartening. I will make this my last order from them and shop elsewhere unfortunately.

The guys at Best Pool Supplies confirmed I could get my old Zodiac 2-24 working again with the controlled PCB for the 3-24. I ordered the part and only a couple of days later, had the part in my hand. Fitted it, and a the pool is again shimmering in the sun, ready for Christmas. Good advice, great delivery and even better price.

I recently bought some twist & lock hoses for my Barracuda pool cleaner & oil filled pressure gauge from these guys. The hose pieces were actually the cheapest genuine parts I found. I use my Spa: every 2nd day. I use the pool nearly every day in the warmer months
The spa is easily maintained: twice a week I check and add chemicals. The pool is checked weekly with a water sample taken to the local Hardware store who have trained pool testers. I use whatever they recommend.

Working perfectly. Easy to change over even it is a different model. Replaced a 1hp model with the new 1.5hp. Seem to work more efficiently and much more suction. Great after sales follow up
