After purchasing above valve it started to leak. e-mailed store who immediately replied and said they would contact Davey. A few days later I received a replacement valve which works perfectly. I had a problem both Davey and Best Price Pool Equipment fixed problem. End of problem

We recently had our pool chlorinator replaced by Best Price Pool Equipment at a significantly lower price than was quoted by a well-known pool equipment and chemicals franchise located in our neighbourhood. The equipment was the same. The service was excellent. The technician who did the job was pleasant, quick, did a neat job, relocated the controller to a more sensible position and gave us a good explanation of how to operate it. I was referred to this business by a friend and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Went to Best Price Pool Equipment because of previous satisfaction. I ordered what I needed Sunday night and it was delivered bright and early Tuesday morning! Installed the replacement chlorination cell and everything was right back to normal operation quickly. Problem solved!

My Davey Silensor pool pump developed a problem which kept on tripping my electricity supply to the plug socket. One quick email to Best Price Pool Equipment, whom I have dealt with for quite a few years, was replied to straight away advising me to take the pump direct to Davey Pumps who exchanged the pump as it was less than 2 months old. This is what customer service is about a big thank you to all concerned, I would recommend both companies to anyone.

Over the last few years I have purchased from Nicole a Zodiac G2 cleaner, Austral VX chlorinator, Davey eco variable speed pump and Davey sand filter simply because she is cheaper than any other pool shop around Perth and also best service. Following a call to you explaining the fault and a few photos we were contacted by Davey and a brand new unit was not just provided but installed by a Davey technician along with replacement zelbrite. I have bought a few things from them now and have found them to be very helpful and very fast with replacement parts under warranty. Prices are very good and shipping has been very quick as well. Unfortunately i would not use their installer again as other people have said he is rude and rushed. His install works fine but he did not even come to the door, just went straight into our backyard and cut plants out the way without even consulting us. When we spoke to him about not coming to the door he just said he does not bother in the morning.

I recently purchased over $2000 worth of equipment and was charged an installation charge. I asked to speak to the installer several times but he was always to busy and I was always having to speak through a middle man. With update once a resolution has been offered and the job complete.
