Item arrived badly damaged and I got additional charges for ‘inaccurate measurements’ . Was not eligible for insurance without original packaging. To dispute this you need photographic proof of your measurements.

Great Service
I jumped online and looked up Couriers and found BHF, I liked how I could use my mobile phone with ease to get a quote and the communication from the company was great, clear and simple to follow instructions that made the whole experience great.

Appalling company!!!
The company never collected the packages on the agreed date and failed to tell me. A suitcase and box were left out in the rain overnight. When I called to question it they told me it was because I hadn't provided a contact phone number. This was an outright lie. I had phoned in the morning and was assured it would be collected by 5pm that day. When I phoned the next day I was given no apology but they tried to blame it on me for not providing a phone number. Awful service, rude staff and they would not let me escalate my complaint to management. Once they take your money say goodbye to any customer service. Fuming!! Delivered goods all broken
Pick up was great, however, some where in transit the box I sent to Sydney must have been handled very ruffle because most of the pieces where broken. I am disappointed.

Disgraceful Service - how to get your belongings destroyed - soaking wet, mouldy and no responsibility or care taken.
A hard shell suitcase with my 18 year old daughter's life was sent from Airlie Beach, Qld to be returned to Esperance, WA. It cost $348.96 to send so she could not afford to include insurance on top of this. She elected for 4 -7 delivery. 4 days after it was picked up, she was notified that the case was missing as TNT couriers (who work with BHF)) had put a different tracking number on it. we opened it to find contents completely waterlogged and everything mouldy. Her laptop computer was in here as well as a GHD straightener, a leather watch that disintegrated when you touched it, and every piece of clothing and footwear she owned. We had to bin the lot. At first both companies tried to blame the other, however we believe that it was more likely left somewhere in a tropical environment for it to be so completely ruined. Whilst she did not pay insurance, surely the company has an obligation when contracted, to ensure that goods are transported in a careful and responsible manner and in the time-frame paid for. None of this happened. My 18 year old daughter went and worked in Queensland on her GAP year to earn money for University. When we totalled up the cost of her belongings, it was nearly $8000. She no longer has a computer. She has had to defer University to get another computer and money to replace her clothes. My experience.
I had a $5000 painting that i packed with cloth, bubble wrap and cardboard. The driver picked it up in a flatbed truck with removable sides It rained that day and the painting sat in a puddle on the truck. The painting was on mbf. The driver rang me the next day to tell me the painting was wet. I asked him to dry it the best he could and send it on. As expected the painting arrived wet on both corners. The mbf board had expanded in the rain. I did not take out insurance as i figured it would be not worth the extra money as the package was well wrapped and would be fine.

We find the service excellent, they have never let us down with deliveries to all States. The important feature is that you provide the correct details such as Parcel sizes, correct Weights, substantial Packaging and Addressing.

This company waited a week after delivery before debiting my account a further $66 without my consent (This is STEALING in my book) claiming that my package was oversize or overweight (couldn't tell me which). Pretty convenient considering that the packaging has been discarded days earlier.
They then had the cheek to demand photographic evidence to prove my innocence. Who does this? The package dimensions and weight were all larger and heavier than what the package actually was.
Not sure how you get to rob someone's account with no evidence and get away with it. Maybe they should have a good look at their business model and start treating their customers with a bit of respect before they lose them all.

We booked BHF to arrange a collection in Queensland at a home address on Friday and the item was delivered to Bairnsdale Victoria Tuesday morning. We will definitely use BHF again. It was all so easy. From quote to booking to delivery. Can't recommend them enough AND very cost effective

Terrible terrible terrible
Paid for 1-2 day delivery, received it on day 7. BHF claimed it was because the seller didn't check the right boxes on the consignment note (despite the labels and consignment note being pre-printed and provided by BHF). I was also given a verbal guarantee it would be delivered on day 6 so I took time off work. Did it arrive....NOPE...apparently there were some 'internal communication issues'.

Excellent door to door service
We sent 2 packages from Northern Victoria and the service was amazing! Picked up in a timely and courteous manner on a Friday and delivered to a WA address on the next Tuesday!

Excellent prompt service
I sent 3 packages from a regional country town in NSW to an address near Melbourne using BHF Couriers. The packages were picked up on the designated day, and delivered 3 days later - they estimated 2-7 days. This was my first experience using a courier service for large parcels and I was a bit concerned because I had cancelled with another courier because the driver did not come on the day that was scheduled. BHF provided a great quote, great serviceI and I was able to track the parcels online and confirm delivery.
Very satisfied with the service - prompt, efficient and professional. Based on this experience I have no hesitation recommending BHF Couriers

This company actually save your debit card on file for months..I mean months.
We were told that will get a tracking number which we were not supplied with iireceived my stuff midnight at a salon.. We had no tracking no to chase it that's in April and today they took more money out of my card saying boxes were bigger.

Great service and very good price
Sent a large car rim and tyre package from Bairnsdale in Victoria to Winton in regional QLD. Every part of the exercise was simple and handled with professional ease. A special thanks to Bernie at the call centre. I don't often take the time to sing praise when I get fantastic service, but I couldn't not say how happy I am with BHF.
I had a fragile carbon fiber windsurf board collected from Karratha WA and delivered to my front door in Sydney. I was pretty nervous about it arriving unscathed and was expecting the worst. However, it arrived in just 5 business in perfect condition. That's over 5000 kilometers in just 5 days!!

I live in the Wollongong area and recently bought some French Bifold Doors from a company in Loganholme QLD. I paid $1400 for the doors.
