Big Post approached our business recently to give them a go, like many other freight brokers, but there was something different with there approach, so I went the next step and checked them out.
We received cheaper freight rates through BP than we could get from our regular freight company and if by chance we had a problem with a shipment, the back up service is second to nun.
In our competitive industry, the freight component is an important factor and we have been able to pass on benefits to our customers.

I've been using Bigpost for a couple of years now and I can certainly recommend them. They provide great service, communication and their online portal is easy to use and navigate.

what your getting is a freight manager, no more waiting on hold for 20 mins with freight companies to find out where customers orders are. They follow up, chase up and call you back. They also notify you if deliveries appear to take too long so you can keep your customers on the back foot before they come at you on the front foot. From a salesman's perspective their service is very very handy.

We recently posted the incorrect part Job ID 341105 (which is currently on way back to us). Contacted Big Post and James kept us in the loop and was extremely helpful. Packages are always picked up on time, are traceable and you are able to speak to customer service, if there are any concerns. There are different options for delivery and parcels are actually delivered. We began using Big Post, because of the continuing unreliability and frustrating procedures dealing with Australia Post. A special mention to the TNT driver that does our area. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone that still values customer service.

I have just recently begun using BigPost in my business after a friendly call from Lincoln asking us to give them a go. I have found the service great, the costs are cheaper than what I have been paying and if I need to call there is no wait time on the phone like some other courier companies. Website is easy to use and navigate. Can I suggest that an email with the tracking number be sent to sender and receiver (if email address provided) so that its just a click on a link to track. Keep up the good work.

Being introduced to BigPost by one of our retailers, OMG, the money we have saved since switching over to them has been amazing. The quoting and Booking system is very easy to use compared to any other interstate freight companies we have used. Alan was brilliant when we were first setting up an account and has continued to support us when needed.

We used to use other similar companies, but now all changed to Big Post now. At least from my end, their price is better than Transdirect and interparcel.
All the couriers we booked from BigPost come to pick up on time. One of the Sales Representative, Lincoln, helped us a lot and fast response as well.

Our company deals mainly with Eleni, she's always extremely helpful and we're very happy with the service provided. Packages are picked up on time and if we have any problems, queries, they're always handled expediently.

Can't fault the service of BigPost and very responsive to questions. Great Value and easy to read invoices showing itemised jobs. Website is extremely easy to use and pricing is excellent. Highly recommend using BigPost.
