We send pallets and parcels all over Australia - Bigpost is by far the best company I have dealt with. From their customer service to their rates it's fantastic. Goods are delivered when they say they're going to be and if there's a delay they do not hesitate to let you know. If ever there is an issue, you just give customer service your booking number and they do the rest! Highly recommend using Bigpost.

I had an urgent delivery that needed to get to a job site on time. Toll Express (booked well ahead of cut off time) decided not to show up to collect (without any contact), which placed the whole job in jeopardy. Alan stayed back at work until well after 7pm to assist me with the problem. We solved the issue, delivered the goods to the Toll Depot, and all was back on track. These guys are a great example of customer service, and the reason I have moved away from dealing direct with freight companies. I'm happy to recommend them. Thanks!

ordered some goods from interstate and used these guys to get it to brisbane. great online tracking with email notifications. extra charges were applied for hand unload but understand its a charge from the courier not bigpost.

The service is fine but the additional charges after the job is completed for "Manual Handling Fees" is excessive. At $60 an item it gets very expensive very quickly.

Honestly It so hard to find a courier company with good customer service. If they say the will call you back they will. I signed up with Allen (he puts the Tran in transport) most helpful person iv ever met . Nothings ever a problem. Its good to know when something does go wrong you can call a number & speak to a real person.

I recently bought a new cement mixer and was contacted by Big Post that they were delivering my mixer and let me know when and where I would be able to pick the mixer up .
