Excellent job on my holiday photos, printed as a photobook. Very happy with it. The website could be improved, however, it was a good result for a good price. Have used a number of times and will continue to use.

The upgrade to this website is terrible. Where are the textured backgrounds, embellishments, borders and choice of fonts. I was also nearly finished a book and it disappeared, after many hours of preparation. Not happy. All old projects have also disappeared. I will not be using this site again.

Have been creating albums since 2012 when my daughter helped me with the first one. Now 77 years, and have kept a record of my albums and put a Number inside each album.......up to NO. 50..... thank-you.

35 pages, and a lot of hours wasted. They "upgraded" their site. All of my work is gone and can't be recovered. Very unhappy and taking my business elsewhere.
They managed to save my photos, but not my projects. Surely, if they could do one, they could do the other?

This is the fifth book I've done plus a couple of canvases and I'm very pleased with the results. It takes a little bit of time to get confident with the system but it once you get used to it, it's easy. Great way to celebrate special events, holidays etc and delivery is fast.

I recently encountered a problem while trying to make a photo book. I explained my problem via an online chat on the website and it was resolved within 2 minutes!

I have ordered many canvas, photo books, calendars for the last few years and my latest were a few mouse pads and all are of great quality. The process of creating the items are easy with the app and I don't need to pay for delivery. I just pick them up from my local store. After ordering my first canvas from Big W Photo many years ago, I have never ordered from anywhere else as the quality is so good.

I purchased 2 photo books and 3 canvases they all came out amazing would highly recommend. They were delivered to my nearest store before the due date given. Was notified via email promptly they were available for pic up

I created a photo story book with text and it was easy to do and the results were excellent. There are plenty of options to vary backgrounds and fonts. I have used the BigW service in the past and have never been disappointed.

As Grandparents we were devastated to not be able to see our gorgeous little grandbabies. So we made a photo book for them with photos of ourselves with our boy. It turned out perfect, Mummy and Daddy read it to him each night and we follow it up with Facetime - win win! Well done Big W!!!

I've been using the old BigW photo site for many years and have been really happy with the products provided. However, there seems to be a new BigW site up and running now which I'm directed to every time. The option is there to be redirected to the old site. There is no comparison between this and the old site. The old site gives way more options, enhancements, borders, backgrounds. Am I going to have to use this site now??? How long is the old site up and running for?? If this is it for the new design ... then goodbye from me.

User friendly. Alot if variety and options in layout. We were thrilled with professional look of finished product. Photos then saved and could be used on other products. We ended up getting a photo book and some extra gifts. Prices much cheaper than other providers.

I have used Big W photo service on a number of occasions to make memories into photo books. The quality of the book and reproduction of the photos are excellent.

Very happy with the finished product. Took a l o t longer than anticipated for delivery, but probably due to the virus. Couldn't track parcel except that it had been dispatched.

During "Buy Now Create Later" promotion period bought two 8"x11" 60 pages Personalised Hardback Photo Books. The process of uploading my photos to the Big W/Fujifilm website, building the photobook with different pages and adding text and embellishments was easy and straighforward. I had plenty of time to finish the photobooks over a 3 months period and requested Click & Collect. Big W emailed me when the photobooks were ready for collection at my local Big W store. Could not be happier with the finished product and great value.

I am very happy with how my canvas prints turned out! The site was easy to use and the price was excellent (got them on a sale). I was happy with the notifications I received during the process, which kept me up to date on when I could expect their arrival.
