I had an issue with delivery. I tried to contact Auspost but they were no help. I sent "bike parts plus more" an email, they called me back within minutes, with a tracking number and information so I could see Australia Post attempted delivery but failed to notify me. Very helpful, very efficient, parts were perfect, price was even better

They responded promptly and pertinently to my queries, packed and sent items as ordered and in pristine condition. I had a problem with Australia Post and they responded by phone when I let them know, and chased the parcel at their end. The parcel has since arrived as ordered.
