Hi! My car got hail damage 20. 12 . 18. I climed it same day . My clime number MO 50365754, my car YIL 22X. I got call from your company about fixing my car after hail damage 3 weeks ago. So your company connected me derectly with Repair company. I book for 21.10.19. They said they will sent their address by SMS or my email but they didn't sent it until now. My question is what is number Repair company which is fixing car after hail damage? I have booking day but I don't know where is Repair place! Please help me! Thanks!

I have paid my renewal but I do t have an updated policy.
I need this for work and without it this will cost me $100s in lost income.

Make claim through Bingle but make sure you follow up and get the claim accessed and paid for all damages, while availing run about cover car (rental car) pay the deposit through cash only.
Bingle can help better than we going around with his Insurance.
If the other party is trustworthy, if they allow you to directly choose a repairer it is worth doing it on your own and skip Bingle.
stingray32 the person who hit me did not have insurance so I had to go claim with Bingle, in your situation you should be able to claim through their insurance and save a claim against your name.
thanks that's what I will do. Mind you I am annoyed that this is really not clear on their claim section.

I just wanted to update my new residential address. Why does it say there has been change in my monthly instalment by excess of $ 27 to what i am paying at the moment?? Just because I am living in a new suburb means there will be change in my premium?? I will be cancelling my policy if that is the case!!

Simple answer - yes different suburb impacts premium obviously. One phone call would have got you resolution rather than expect the public to know
