Do not trust this company
Purchased from Biovea due to the advertised delivery time of 6-9 working days!!! Purchased on 9/5/20 and the parcel still hasn't left the USA for Australia on 22/6/20. NEVER AGAIN!

Thought ordering from Australian From an Australian company have been waiting since April for my order, ordered from the Australian company and got it the next day bad online company
Disgusting customer service and money lost!
Made an order the 16th of May, based on the UPS customer service (that I personally contacted) the parcel was lost in the transit the 24th of May.
I tried to reach out to Biovea support several times in the last 3 weeks, with just a couple of generic answer then they stopped reply from 10 days.
Totally the worst customer service and platform ever!!

Delivery time 8 weeks. Customer service awful.
Melbourne Australia. Ordered online May 2nd. $200 worth of AHCC herbs. Then email arrived saying coming from USA. Tracking says cleared from customs LA 20th May. Doesn't change. I wrote to them and did get a reply a form letter... 3 weeks later. Still in LA. Not.... UPDATE i sent a further emsil saying i would file a fraud report, 2 weeks later product has arrived. July 7th after almost 8 weeks. If i go and try to place an order now it is still saying 6 to 8 days delivery. If you can wait 8 weeks... no, too much of a risk when the customer service is a good as useless. Shop elsewhere until the business chooses to make pre purchase honest disclosures on delivery.

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before purchasing.
I purchased 3 weeks ago and although I have sent them my bank statement showing them the transaction with the order number they still tell me their bank Haven't received my payment. I am over repeatedly emailing these people. They say they are in Australia with quick dispatch. I very much doubt this.They don't offer any phone number so I can ring and discuss.
Go to their website and nowhere can you leave any reviews, obviously they know they would only be bad.
Don't risk your money people, buy elsewhere please
Unjustified & Disappointing Outcome
Allegedly shipped my item 7 weeks ago, but as others have reported, it has never left the US. Apparently stuck in LA. hey refunded me and kept the amount I was charged for shipping despite me receiving nothing. I also paid the Premium postage which included Insurance and while BIOVEA had offered re-ship I asked for the postage refund based on the fact they would not dare to ask for more funds to re-ship. Still they refused. Pays to check sites before purchases for REVIEWS.
Never received, lost my money
Shipped my item 6 weeks ago, but as others have reported, it has never left the US. Apparently stuck in LA. No reply to repeated emails to customer service, lost my money

I am extremely disappointed in this site, I used the AU site to purchase melatonin tablets, no where on the site does it say my items would be shipped from the US! Had i of known this I would not have ordered.
My tracking info took 2 weeks to become active and now that it is, it’s still in the US and hasn’t moved for the past week. The sites FAQs says standard shipping is 6-9 days!!! Absolute lies!!!
Have emailed them, with one response saying to check my tracking info, obviously I had already done this. Now I’m getting no reply whatsoever. They also have comments turned off on Instagram so no one can be honest on their page!!!

Scam on refund
Not only they did not deliver and when queried refunded the money deducting the shipping cost for a product which was not even shipped. SCAM!! Don’t deal with this company

Ordered a product from them back in April, never received it. After a couple emails back and forth they only refunded me half of what I paid for saying shipping cost would not be refunded. I would definitely stay away from this company
Haven’t received goods
Along with many other Australians that have left recent reviews, I placed an order on 15 April 2020 and am yet to even see the shipping details update from sitting in Los Angeles awaiting transport! Have sent two Emails, both of which were responded to with ‘shipping details will update shortly’ and ‘our policy is to refund only after 45 days’. I have ordered from them 3 yrs ago with no problems. I’ll be making sure I lodge a dispute with PayPal ASAP!
4/6/20 just thought I’d update - I received a full refund this morning, but only after I put a dispute through PayPal. No refund as per Bioveas promise on 28/5/20. Encourage everyone to please use PayPal when ordering online.

Poor service
I purchased this product prior to the COVID shut down in the US. Yes this product actually ships from the US and is not Australia based, which I didn't know. I am still waiting for it to arrive. I had to hound them for an answer, they kept saying it's delayed and will be there soon. No show. Trying to get a refund was a whole other problem. I eventually got a refund for the product only, not the postage! It never arrived I am out of pocket? Not good enough. They are happy to lose a customer over the cost of postage, poor service and poor foresight. I will not buy from them again.

Dodgy at best
A company who pretends to have a local presence. Over a month after taking my money still no goods after paying for premium shipping. I have purchased the product elsewhere and opened a PayPal dispute to which Biovea's only response was to ask me to remove the dispute.... no update on where my goods ended up

NOTE: Biovea only publishes 4 and 5 star reviews on their website. Very misleading for consumers, especially when you compare it to third party review sites like this.

EDIT SINCE GETTING A REPLY FROM BIOVEA Customer service reply here seem interested in helping, but an email response I got advised they will not process refunds unless the item has not arrived within 45 days. 45 days is an unacceptably long time to wait in order to action the treatment plan given to me by my Paediatrician. It basically means I would need to reorder my next batch right away without even trying this one or risk running out between orders and perhaps waiting 1-2 months in order to restock. I only ordered melatonin for my son from this company because it was recommended by his paediatrician. I will never order from here again. Over 2and Half Months No Product
I ordered over 2 and half months and still haven't received my order. I would like a refund but won't hold my breath. Will never shop with biovea Again. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!
Unresponsive customer service. Beware when their are problems.
I placed an order 28th March and their own website says it has been "Fully Shipped" on 29th March....I guess that means something?
The last entry on the tracking says it has been cleared at customs in Los Angeles on 1st April. I have emailed their "help desk" 3 times and ZERO response. I get that shipping is slow from USA at the moment. BUT it is now 14th May and they simply IGNORE my requests for an update for what I have revealed is important medication for me. My advice is to buy through a responsive company that understands customer service. They simply ignore it.

Not Australian - would not have purchased from them. My fault I should have been far less trusting and did more research. Still waiting for my product to arrive from America. Could have and would have purchased the same product from Australia.

I ordered and paid for the products on 4/4/20 and still no show after 5 weeks. What’s suss is my status on Biovea is Fully Shipped however Aus Post tracking has it stopped in LA weeks ago.
Lodged an inquiry, no reply.
I understand if shipping is slow or even stopped at the borders due to the pandemic. But the lack of correspondence or acknowledgement and reading the reviews here makes me skeptical.
Delivery not arrived
Hi, I ordered Biovea product on 4/3/2020 and still waiting for my order and sent them 10 email and no response from the company yet, even a confirmation very disappointed and very sad
Order has not arrived
Order no. 41170459 on April 1, 2020 and now a month later still has not arrived.
Until now order has not arrived but status was fully shipped using standard post.
Checked it in AusPost, it was initially from NSW then went to Los Angeles, USA and back to NSW for 7 days now and has no update.
Tried emailing them but did not get any response.
Called their hotline number 1800 772 071 three times and got no answer at all.
I still hope this is not a scam online shopping website because I really need those medications badly for my sleep.
1 out of 3 products arrived on May 9.
No updates with the other products, shipping status is now complete.
Really frustrated now.

Very disappointed
Ordered over a month ago from what i presumed is an Australian website. I have been told my order "is in transit from US" and further "they are having delivery delays"....same same response. Very disappointed as I ordered from this company a few years ago and had no issues. I have emailed again today for the 3rd time.
Almost a month and nothing
I have placed an order on the website, on March 26. It's been almost a month and still nothing. They have a .au website so I had no idea my parcel would be sent from the US. I've reached out by email and they only offered a generic answer. Can't even reset my password on the website.

Paid money but no product
Ordered Monixidil and my card has been charged week ago but no product received. Tried to reach customers service by phone but no one is answering. Not very happy. B

The order worth nearly $100 never arrived and they are nonresponsive. There isn't even an email on their website and their Facebook page is consistently removing comments. Very unhappy customer.
Faulty ordering system. Details not correctly recorded. Customer service seems maliciously incompetent.
Ordering system failed upon completing payment. Didn't even receive order confirmation and had to check my account to see whether the order was processed. Noticed they had used an old address and not the one I entered at checkout. Notified Customer Support of the error immediately but no attempt was made to correct. Appalling, don’t use this company as they just consistently send products with the shortest shelf life / use by date so you don’t even get a chance to finish the product. This has happened to me several times and I will no longer be using their service

I made a purchase of berberine from this company days ago and normally don’t shop online- especially from overseas after hearing so many horror stories.
Within 48 hrs a transaction for Applebee’s in NY was put on my card for $161.67 on Saturday night then immediately after, another for FashionNova for $390.24 and an attempted $4000 again at FashionNova before I was alerted by ANZ then had to have my card canceled.

Before buying anything online I check they have a physical address, phone number and email address. I was going to buy from Biovea but could not find a physical address, the one they give is not their office, no phone number was available and their email address bounced.
On checking the reviews on Product Review I see their first and follow-up replies are always the same. Obviously a very dodgy mob, I will shop elsewhere.

The parcel has been stuck in customs for nearly a month now. Australia Post say BIOVEA has not filled out the Customs Declaration form correctly (or at all). BIOVEA has responded to my emails requesting a copy to give to Australia Post by providing me with the tracking number and then my invoice (seriously!?). They now say they can not help. You would think a simple thing like providing a service to their "valued" customers wouldn't be too hard to ask for. Evidently, in light of all the other reviews on this page, this is not and isolated experience and evidently, measures have not been taken to fix this issue. My advice is to order through iherb, much more reliable.
