The recommendations they give you for your body type are spot on and the quality is excellent. I have bought several items in the last month, returned one with no issues and will continue to buy the bulk of my clothes through here. Birdsnest is my favourite online shopping site. They have a great range of brands and really helpful comments about each of the products. They use express post so I have always received my order either one or two days after placing it. The returns process is very easy and they allow 365 days for items to be returned. I have placed eight separate orders with them over the last few years and made a few returns and have always been completely happy with the service they provide.

Probably the best shopping site I have come across and the best customer service ever - personalised and prompt delivery. I ordered on Friday and received it the next Tuesday. However it is hard to find items in reasonable price as I found them too expensive for me.

Loved the clothing but loved the experience even more, my first time placing an order with them and not only did the items come in a timely manner they also had a personal handwritten note and a little gift! I cannot recommend this clothing website enough. Deliveries have always been here efficiently with the occasional gift. In the rare event that a product is faulty they actually sent a returns pack and pay for the postage and are sincerely sorry and also included a gift. The girls there follow everything up and keep you up to date with deliveries etc. Just fantastic!

Made an order on Thursday 19th June at around 2pm. Received an email on Saturday 21st at 9am informing me that my order was on the way. Picked up my parcel from the local post office on Monday 23rd June which included a lovely handwritten note. Now that is what I call good service!!

You can check out clothing by body types, see if it will 'suit' you build, and buy things as outfits rather than try to work out what you might like to go with something!!
